Co-Moderator - Born in Sweden, Erik Schneider grew up in Germany and France. He moved to Italy to study Italian and, as an interpreter, was assigned to the Vinitaly trade fair in 1994. It was here that he first fell in love with the wine trade. Since then, he’s worked as a wine agent, interpreter, sommelier and sales rep, while always dreaming of opening the first authentic wine Bar in Malmo. He realized that dream in 2015 and opened two more wine bars in 2019. In 2023 he left the hospitality sector in search of greater freedom as a wine guide, wine educator and wine advisor.
