Welcome to Episode 141.  In this episode I had the great oportunity to interview Steve Kelly.  I have known Steve for many years as a runner, as a parent and as a friend.  Steve had a few strokes back in 2017 that dramatically changed his life.  Looking back on what happened, Steve used this as a chance to share his experiences with others by writing his memoir.  His book is call Stroke of Luck - My Life in Amateur Athletics.  It is a great read and I fully enjoyed our interview.
