Every time you say "yes" to someone you are really saying "no" to yourself. And if you say "yes" all the time then you will burn out. It's okay to say "no" at times. 2. Get your head on straight. Stop allowing unproductive and negative thoughts to invade your mind. Focus on the here and now and stop allowing worry and fear take over.
