Keep Your Faith

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21 NIV God will never lead you in the wrong direction! His plans for you are good, he knows your heart desires and He wants to give you everything you want but He can’t bless you with more if you’re not faithful where you are. He wants you have a new job, but you keep complaining about the one you’re at. He wants your bank account to overflow, but you keep buying every new shoe that comes out. He wants to bring you that special woman or man but you don’t even make your relationship with Him a priority, how can he trust you with that person? See while in preparation for what you’re asking for you have to be obedient to what He’s telling you! John 14:6 We live in the era of YOLO, where living for today, doing what ever we want and being what the world calls “free.” Did you know true freedom is found in Christ....We store up treasure, values and status on Earth but we don’t think about life eternally. So many people have discontinued the thought of heaven and hell..and we live life with only Heaven in mind — serving temporary things that God has the ability to give you forever. This month I want us to focus on the resurrection, and why Jesus died for us and rose again on the cross after 3 days — He wanted us to have eternal life. For God so loved us that He gave His ONLY begotten Son to die for us, so that we may have everlasting life. John 3:16 ~ Ask yourself, am I living the life that Jesus died for me to have???? If you’re not....don’t be so hard on yourself — it’s okay, and it all changes to day. Join me in prayer

We think that God is a “because I said so” parent but the thing is he wants to protect you from the things of the world, see the wide path says drink until you over does but in the end leads to sickness, and disease, the narrow path tells you to sleep with whoever but ends in unplanned pregnancies, abortions and STDs....the narrow path gives you life, gives you a future, gives you hope and leads you to walk into the fullness of who you were made to be but you have to make a choice. So many times we let the diagnosis, the heart break, and the bank account define our position but do you know that God has called you to win, we have to take our position so that He can crown us! And stomp on the enemies head! I command Satan to get His hands off of what belongs to you in Jesus name! This week I want you to meditate on Habakkuk 2:1 and write down three things you’re believing in God for, my prayer is that Jesus will show you what your next move is. Don’t allow your pain, brokenness and sin to keep you away from the Love that Jesus has to give. He wants to draw close to Him, not away from Him. He has a future for you, and desires to know you more. Just reach out, His arms are there waiting for you to grab hold and hang tight! This week I want you to draw a circle, and on the outside of the circle write the reason you think your relationship with God is strained and then draw a heart in the center of the circle! Let that be a reminder of How big God’s love is and allow that love to push all the broken parts of you to the side, allow that heart to strip you from the things keeping you from the relationships Jesus

We have to remember that we are all on earth on purpose and with purpose and we’ve gotta focus on that things because our purpose can be that very thing to help others, set someone free, create hope and a future for someone else. Don’t get lost in who is doing what and why you should do it better — when you’re walking into what God told you to do...the rest follows. He will provide all you need and more just continue to keep your eyes on Him and trust that He will make a way. See Jesus knows us so well and He has a person fit for us, so why do we settle? In most cases, it’s because we don’t want to be alone, or we don’t see ourselves and value ourselves the way that God does. Take a step back and reevaluate your relationships, why did they end? Do you see a pattern? Do you know yourself? Do you love yourself, can you see yourself with you? Grab a journal, write down these questions and think about them this week, be sure to meditate on Jeremiah 29:11 and remember that God’s plans for us are greater than anything we could imagine. We spend so much time craving the life we want that it causes us to idolize other people, where we want to be and who we want to be instead of being content where the Lord has us. Comparison will leave you feeling insecure, unhappy and empty — all spiritual attacks to hinder you from all that God has put within you. Feeling stuck in life and want a way out, is it hard to see the light of God and even harder to see that light He’s placed inside of you? I know what it’s like, the enemy will do anything to keep you away from future God has for you and to hinder you from fulfilling all God has called you to do, he will try to blind you so that you can’t see the light of God — but that changes today! This week I want you to meditate on the scriptures at the bottom of this description, pray that God opens your eyes to see the light and to use you to be a light.
