Sinopsis
Over 4 years ago I stumbled across plant-based nutrition and it changed my life for the better. Not only have I gotten rid of my acne and gained over 20kg of solid muscle mass but it also opened my eyes that a plant-based lifestyle is not only healthier but is also doing the animals and our environment a tremendous favor. My passion is to spread awareness and compassion by being a role model and making informative pictures, graphics, videos & podcasts. I invite you to rethink, and question what you might have learned so far by listening to my Podcast. I have a mix of me talking and interviewing interesting guests.
