I have started watching the show Terrace House: Tokyo 2019-2020. It's fantastic. American reality TV has taught me that you need yelling, screaming, crying, fighting, dramatic cuts and zoom-ins, big personalities sex, yelling and screaming to make for intriguing television. But this Japanese program has shown me that reality TV doesn't need all of that.  This show is almost the exact opposite of the Jersey Shore, but I have now binged both with similar levels of excitement.  Follow the podcast!
