Leaders in the self-help space have officially exhausted the phrase: be in the moment, and now more often using: being present. It means the same thing, the only difference being the latter looks much better in cursive on a coffee mug. As far as I’m concerned, the over/under for a new moniker to get pushed by a group of influencers is 10 years.
