Episodios

  • #163 - 5/12/22 New York Yankees @ Chicago White Sox

    18/05/2022 Duración: 01h54min

Jack and Jeremy are back with yet another raucous White Sox game…but this time, there’s a big Rain Delay Theater moment for one of the guys - Jack got a foul ball! It happened in the top of the 9th inning, but the guys discuss it right up top of the recap, so be sure to tune in for that. Aside from the major triumph of the night, the boys dealt with the usual melange of freaks, goofballs, filth mouths, and miscreants they usually do at Sox games. Some highlights include a boisterous fan in an Adam Engel jersey, a dad who explains to his son that Yoan Moncada is a beast, a guy who needlessly swears in front of the aforementioned kid, a duo of drunk frat guys, and a kid whose jeans were “tight as fuck, tight as fuck”. Tune in for all of it…you’ve waited your whole life for this!!!

  • #161 - 4/29/22 Los Angeles Angels @ Chicago White Sox

    04/05/2022 Duración: 01h51min

The words "a crazy one" and "White Sox game" have become synonymous over the course of this podcast but this week the guys have quite the crazy White Sox game recap episode. There's lots of dumb, lewd, and sexually-charged comments screamed around Jack and Jeremy this week, but they don't stand up to the Richard and Joe Show that took place behind the guys at the game. An unsuspecting Angels fan, sitting alone (Joe) is accosted by a foul-mouthed, food-enthused tow truck business owner (Richard) and is held captive for over 3 hours as the game winds on - and the Rain Delay Theater boys are here to recap it all! We also have puking, foul ball near death experiences, and an incredibly embarrassing moment for Jeremy. This one is fully packed and fully off the wall! Tune in, you won't be disappointed. It's Rain Delay Theater at it's finest!

  • #160 - 2022 Season Over/Under Predictions

The long-awaited 2022 Over/Under episode is finally upon us! Hear Jack and Jeremy's over/under predictions about the Cubs, White Sox, Brewers, and more! How much faith do the guys have in Seiya Suzuki, Wander Franco, and Johnny Cueto? Tune in to find out! Check it all out this week!

  • #159 - 4/18/22 Tampa Bay Rays @ Chicago Cubs

    22/04/2022 Duración: 01h39min

Jack and Jeremy are back at Wrigley to see the Cubs take on the Wander-less Tampa Bay Rays. The guys are challenged by various music-loving, random-yelling fans around them until one unruly spectator burns a hole right through Jack's soul! We also meet a true crusty baseball freak out by the Rays' charter bus! This ep also features some Hendricks hate, some Hermosillo love, and two Javy Guerras??? Tune in to hear for yourself!

  • #158 - 4/9/22 Milwaukee Brewers @ Chicago Cubs

    13/04/2022 Duración: 01h57min

The first game of the year is here for the Rain Delay boys! Jack and Jeremy head to Wrigley Field for a clash of division rivals and the tension wasn't only on the field! The guys have their usual beef with a group of very late arriving people who force them out of their seats. There's also a little static as a request by one co-host to record the Cubs/Brewers bench clearing situation doesn't go over so well with the other co-host. The guys also visit the Brewers team bus again and have a very cool run-in with a 1980s Cubs great outside of the stadium! Listen to the end to find out who! It was a triumphant return to the park for the podcast, enjoy it!

    23/03/2022 Duración: 01h58min

The Rain Delay boys are back to bring you another non-roster invitee episode this spring! It's the usual drill as Jack and Jeremy run down a list of fringe guys, former Cubs bums, and guys who you thought were long retired, trying to stick with a ballclub this season. Many names will get mentioned and Chris Owings gets dumped on again this year! Check it out. The guys also run down their respective, separate trips to sporting events as Jeremy recounts his trip to the UIC Flames baseball home opener and Jack talks about seeing first round action in the NCAA March Madness tournament. We take a trip down Jeremy's memory lane as the RDT boys descend upon the UIC campus. The guys deal with a mind boggling ticket debacle at the box office, experience some bobblehead rigamarole, and have a contentious exchange over a free pita. We also hear a rare early episode Jeremy story of a car accident near the UIC campus and Jack makes some heavy implications about a Wisconsin basketball coach! The guys also talk NC State baseball folk hero Tommy White and the current status of the MLB lockout. Tune in and remember, snitches get stitches!

    18/02/2022 Duración: 01h33min

This week, Jack and Jeremy build an All-Cubs/Brewers roster of players who played for both franchises. The guys try to pick one player for each position and it was harder than you'd think - sometimes for good, but mostly for bad reasons. Let's just say, there's a few weak spots in the lineup... The guys also talk about the release of Series 1 of 2022 Topps baseball cards and the contract extensions of Boog Sciambi and Jim Deshaies. Man, we really hope this stupid lockout ends soon...

New nominees are proposed, two all-time players are selected by the Veteran's Committee, the official ballot is written, and the guys vote for this year's inductees...or maybe no one gets in...? Tune in to see how the guys vote! Also, we hear about a major card pulled by Jeremy and the guys discuss The Innings Festival - a music fest coming to Tempe, Arizona next month! We learn that Jack is NOT AT ALL a fan of live music, but is an explanation given...? Listen for yourself!

    09/12/2021 Duración: 01h42min

Jack and Jeremy come to you this week with another watch-along recap episode. This time, the guys move to the world of television and, more specifically, 1990s teen melodrama Beverly Hills, 90210. The episode follows Brandon (Jason Priestley) and Steve (Ian Ziering) as they coach a local little league team and deal with bad sportsmanship, a nose-picking slovenly teammate, and a skeezy commissioner/high level wiseguy person who wants to win at all costs. Listen in as Jeremy first schools Jack about 90210 and all the characters and then for their recap of this wacko episode that was certainly one of the more juvenile of the series. Play ball!

  • #146 - The Damian Miller Lockout Challenge

    03/12/2021 Duración: 01h29min
