Just in time for the upcoming MLB Draft, the guys from Rain Delay Theater check in with a draft of their own, a Ballpark Food Draft! Jack and Jeremy draft a menu of 5 ballpark food favorites! Hear Jack's rant about Dippin' Dots, the ice cream of the future, Jeremy tells a tragic story about squandered garlic fries, and we find out that Jack is a jalapeño guy! In the intro, the guys do preview the actual MLB Draft a bit, Jack reports briefly on a solo trip to a White Sox game, and Jeremy comments on Cardinals' fans commitment to booing Kris Bryant this weekend in boring ol' St. Louis. Jack and Jeremy head to Wrigley Field to see Jake Arrieta face his former team for the first time since leaving as a Free Agent...also Bryce Harper's first game in Wrigley as a Phillie. What they mostly saw was a lot of clueless yutzes posing for pictures almost exclusively when the Cubs had runners in scoring position. Also hear about the group of high schoolers sitting behind Jack and Jeremy and the Pennygate mystery of tossed coins. However it turns out, this is a fun one where the guys actually give their opinions on some of baseball's all-time greats and take a deep dive into their stats!

Can baseball hurry up and get here already?!? This week Jack and Jeremy try to kill the time by going back and re-evaluating Rookie of the Year voting from 2005 to 2015 to see if they got it right or overlooked a future Hall of Famer. At the top of the show, the guys pay tribute to a great comedian and baseball fan, Steven Brody Stevens, who passed away a few weeks ago. The countdown to the 2019 season is underway as Spring Training is starting up and Jack and Jeremy are here to take a look at some of the Non-Roster invitees. How else could the guys have an excuse to rag on some major leaguers hanging on by a thread so early in the season? This week Jack and Jeremy escape the polar vortex of Chicago all the way north to Caledonia, Wisconsin to see 17U high school prep baseball as the White Sox Amateur City Elite players take on the Class of 2020 Hitters baseball team! This is the same travel team that #6 pick Jarred Kelenic played on last year! The guys arrive at a wrong address for the facility and are creeped out by Wisconsin back roads - but finally make it to the right place! Along the way you'll be treated to Jack and Jeremy's thoughts on allowing steroid players in the HOF, a throwback yelling at Lance Berkman story, and some vocal impressions of Sammy Sosa in his various commercial appearances. For this week's episode, Jack and Jeremy provide a very thorough recap of their viewing of the 1996 Tony Scott movie "The Fan" starring Robert De Niro and Wesley Snipes. As you can imagine, the guys have some choice criticism of this baseball movie masterpiece. They discuss the main character's odd obsession, not only with baseball, but also with the Rolling Stones, the classic theme of a young boy's fondness for knives, and the senseless murder of John Kruk in the movie's climactic final scene. Jack and Jeremy return to a game...a basketball game? That's right, Rain Delay Theater was in attendance at the United Center to see the one and only Chicago Bulls take on the Brooklyn Nets. There's plenty to talk about as the guys dive head first into Social Media Night, including lending their faces to a 3D CGI basketball dunking video (for real), photobombing the Bulls pregame show, and an awkward photo op in front of a video board. There's more goofy fans and a goofy usher to talk about, proving it just doesn't happen at baseball games. Let's face it, the guys can find annoyances wherever they go. We hear some of Jeremy's thoughts about why basketball frustrates him and Jack recounts an overheard story about a girl who passed on the chance to hook up with Rob Gronkowski.
