It's So Bad

We start Spooktober off with another Uwe Boll addition to the movie list as we add Alone in the Dark. Not only is this one of the lowest rated video game movies (according to Rotten Tomatoes) but it's also one of the lowest rated movies of all time. It stars Christian Slater, Tara Reid and Stephen Dorff in an action thriller with creatures, photon bullets and so much more. Where did rank on our video game movie list? This week on the podcast we take a detour from RPG September to play a classic arcade sports game, Windjammers. Our first ever Data East game on the Endless List brought us pong/air hockey in 90s Street Fighter form. This week on the podcast, we start our RPG month with Pandora's Tower for the Nintendo Wii. This game made by Ganbarion was part of Operation Rainfall which brought Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story and Pandora's Tower to the North American market. This action RPG makes novel use of the Wii's motion controls also tried to combine the story elements of Shadow of the Colossus with the dungeons of the Legend of Zelda to some success and some failure. This week on the podcast, we watched Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer Film's take on the Prince of Persia franchise. There's a lot of white people in this movie about a prince from Persia. This week we're adding one of our personal favorite games in Rainbow Six Siege to the Endless List. This multiplayer game allows players to take control of a tactical team engaged in a siege against a hostage or bomb situation. The podcast cumulatively has played about 2000 hours of this game.
