I've been looking forward to this podcast for a while because it really hits my purpose. My whole goal of the podcast is to truly show the diversity of things one can do in the aviation world as well as showcase all the young aviators out there who are bringing new life to this industry. This podcast is still in it's infancy and I am so lucky to have had a diverse group of guests so far and I really take pride in that. Luckily in this episode, I'm continuing that diversity by welcoming Matt Oliveira to the show! Matt Oliveira is a young Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, most known for his Instagram and YouTube accounts "MolivesTV." What most people don't know about him is, he is doing all this while living with Cystic Fibrosis. Matt, who now lives in the City of Angels, has a story that fits his purpose.. which is to to live a life of adventure while pursuing his dreams. After the last fire episode with AJ aka the TMTPilot, I wanted to delve back into the financial side of flying and how YOU CAN AFFORD to fly or start flight training. Today's episode is super applicable to any aviator that has some type of specialized skill. Through this little series I'm trying to extinguish your excuses. In today's episode I am going to tell you about a way you can pay for flying, again, for little to no money out of your own pocket!! This method is going to take a lot more work on your part than the first way I talked about. I don't think people realize how many skills they have that they could monetize. You can take these skills that you have and use them to barter your way to flight time or flight training! It's so easy to do this through mediums like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter but you have to work at it. Most people won't take this advice though, I just know it. If you do take this advice, I know you will be able to start to afford flying tomorrow...I promise! I hope you enjoy this

AJ is 1 of 3 corporate pilots for Floyd "Money" Mayweather and his TMT Brand. I am so stunned at all the people out there that say they can't afford to fly or "I can't pay for flying!"
