Ruth was born and lives in the UK and has been involved in helping people achieve what they never thought was possible for over 25 years. Josh Varner is a trauma informed speaker and a school social worker with a PASSION for helping individuals and schools to support students who have been impacted by childhood trauma.  Josh has presented over 150 high energy, informative, interactive presentations to audiences all over the country.  Along with speaking, Josh has been a social worker, professional school counselor and coordinated an at-risk student program. The time has come again to do a recap. With the second quarter of 2021 just wrapping up we are going to do a season recap on the fourteenth season. It’s hard to believe that we have done 3 years of podcasting! Each guest that we have had on the podcast has taught us something different. Below are just a few of the highlights from our fourteenth season of podcasts.

Bryan Clayton and is the CEO and co-founder of GreenPal an online marketplace that connects homeowners with local lawn care professionals. GreenPal has been called the “Uber for lawn care” by Entrepreneur magazine and has over 200,000 active users completing thousands of transactions per day and doing 20m a year in sales. Before starting GreenPal, Bryan founded Peachtree Inc. one of the largest landscaping companies in the state of Tennessee growing it to over $10 million a year in annual revenue before it was acquired by Lusa holdings in 2013. Bryan’s interests and expertise are related to entrepreneurialism, small business growth, marketing and bootstrapping businesses from zero revenue to profitability and exit.

Robert Clinkenbeard was raised in Edinburgh, Scotland and moved to Arizona in 1999 to find a better lifestyle. Robert is now the CEO of The Radix Group, LLC which has offices in Greenville, Phoenix, and the UK. He is a serial entrepreneur, an author, and a four time Ironman. Having sold his $20M company, he now has several franchises, multiple real estate investments and the largest Peer Group facilitation company in the US.  He is also a senior leader in EO and therefore understands the challenges of CEO’s within growing companies. Robert has been married for eight years and is kept busy with five children. Robert also played competitive rugby and soccer for 20 years.

Mark Mansingh is a senior HR, Compliance, PEO and Benefits Consultant. Mark understands the challenges that come with running a small business. While getting a master's degree in leadership development he started and ran a successful financial advisory firm for more than 10 years. Today, he works as an HCM Business Consultant for Paychex where he has helped over 500 business businesses navigate HR, Compliance, and benefits as well as streamlining and integrating their systems to save significant admin time, minimize risk, and scale quickly. Mark has been with Paychex for 7 years and his passion is problem solving, and strategic planning to help business owners accomplish their goals. John Vuong is a seasoned sales professional and Internet marketer with an exceptional track record helping companies grow their clientele and profits. A native of suburban Philadelphia and Chicago, Joel Goldberg has been a member of the Kansas City Royals television broadcast since 2008, serving as the host of every pregame and postgame show on FOX Sports Kansas City.   The University of Wisconsin graduate won a 2001 Mid-America Emmy for sports reporting and has covered multiple championship teams in Major League Baseball and the National Football League.   Joel built a 25-year career developing and maintaining strong relationships with professional athletes, coaches, and team management and he now shares those stories and strategies with companies and associations live on stage and these days virtually. He’s hosted a weekly podcast called Rounding The Bases the last two years and added a daily live video podcast when the pandemic started focusing on leadership during these times.
