Today's episode is a short meditation to help you focus on the things you want. Meditation is a learned skill, and with that being said many people have a hard time being able to stop and focus. Once I was able to focus my thoughts and desires, everything changed. I was no longer stressed out and angry, I was able to focus and be present in the moment. Out with the old and in with the new. Did you know that I have 3 podcasts? Well, I did anyway. As a WAHM (work at home mom), it's tough finding time for all the things I do for my brand. I run 2 successful businesses, as well as have 3 kids and a husband to take care of.  I've made the decision that instead of having all 3 separate podcasts, I'm going to focus on just one!
