The guys take a seventh inning stretch as special guest Robert Baker joins them in reviewing the Jackie Robinson biopic "42". Spoiler alert: Jackie Robinson becomes a famous baseball player. For Does It Hold Up, the guys revisit "Major League" and determine whether or not they can strike this motherfucker out. 

It's Double Danny Boyle time at FOM headquarters as the guys review the Oscar winning director's most recent motion picture, "Trance", then follow it up with the one that put him on the map: "Trainspotting". There's so much UK, we might as well be the University of Kentucky. BAM! JOKES!

It's an 80's cartoon movie apocalypse as special guest Will Greenberg helps the guys review two live action interpretations of former childhood obsessions. First up is G.I. Joe: Retaliation (directed by fellow USC alum John Chu), followed by 1990's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Yo Joe-abunga!

The boys travel back to prehistoric times to review Dreamworks' "The Croods" before revisiting Littlefoot, Petrie and the gang from "The Land Before Time" to see if their adventure still holds up. So much animated fauna! 

In this special edition of FOM, the guys review two classics: James Cameron's "Aliens" and John McTiernan's original "Predator". They then put themselves through the existential hell of having to choose which one is better. We'd write "spoiler alert", but I mean, c'mon...

Special guest Patrick Adams helps the gang review Harmony Korine's "Spring Breakers". They then get their Winona Ryder on with 1988's "Heathers" to check and see if it holds up. Teenage suicide... don't do it! 

It's a double dose of enchantment and monkeys as the guys check out "Oz the Great and Powerful", then revisit the borderline-horror flick "Return to Oz" for Does It Hold Up. Never has so much whimsy been discussed in one podcast!

The guys willingly subject themselves to the emotional gauntlet known as "Amour", which is hard to even type without crying. They then keep the geriatric train rolling with Ron Howard's "Cocoon" for Does It Hold Up. All that and a Cinema Soapbox?! Woah.

The guys check out alien horror flick Dark Skies, then revisit 1993's Fire in the Sky, which won an Oscar for Best Use of Maple Syrup in a Motion Picture. They also explore Ian's fragile psyche, play Who Wore It Better: Aliens, and check in with Pete for another Artist's Loft.  

The guys wade through A Good Day to Die Hard which is... just wow. More importantly, for Does It Hold Up, the guys check out Amy Heckerling's Look Who's Talking, which you should go rent right fucking now. They also revist their controversial romantic comedy argument and play Who Wore It Better: Bald Badasses. 

The FOM squad is reunited as Ian returns from his two week suspension to review Dave Grohl's "Sound City". For Does It Hold Up, the guys check out D.A. Pennebaker's classic Bob Dylan doc "Don't Look Back" and introduce the new segment: Cinema Soapbox! It's a music doc bloc! 

The guys are joined by special guest Drew Howerton as they review the zom-rom-com Warm Bodies. For Does It Hold Up, they look back at George Romero's 1978 seminal zombie flick, Dawn of the Dead. Feelings are hurt. 

Boo! The guys are joined by consulting horror expert Nathan Budde as they review Mama ("mama!"). They then revisit Candyman- which really pants-pissed some of them as kids- to find out if it holds up. Are you (wo)man enough to listen to a spoiler filled podcast about scary movies?!  

The team shows a lot of moxie as they head back in time to review "Gangster Squad", then stay in 1950's Los Angeles for Does It Hold Up: "L.A. Confidential". All this, and the debut of Pete's new segment "Artist's Loft"!

Things get heavy as the crew reviews Kathryn Bigelow's "Zero Dark Thirty". Then for Does It Hold Up, they revisit Ridley Scott's "Black Hawk Down". There's nothing like two movies based on actual military conflicts to get four soft men in their 30's to talk about war in a garage...

Swords! Sorcery! Tiny people! The guys hit up The Hobbit, and then follow up with Does It Hold Up: Willow. Hearts are broken as a surprise Tiny Award is given out. They also debut the new segment, Nerd Alert. 

The FOM crew is back from a much needed holiday break from one another. Boy, did they need it. A general discussion of holiday movies gives way to their review of Quentin Tarantino’s “Django Unchained”. DJANGOOOOO!

The team presses on, reviewing "Killing Them Softly". More importantly, they also play Who Wore It Better between Brad Pitt and himself, and introduce the Tiny Awards. All that AND, for Does It Hold Up, they revisit "Fight Club"... which is now 13 fucking years old. Guh.  

The boys throw a David O. Russell party in the garage as they delve into the director's newest entry ("Silver Linings Playbook") and then his first ("Spanking the Monkey"). Minimal time is wasted. SPOILERS. 

The guys start to figure it out in Episode 2 as they review "Skyfall", directed by Sam Mendes. For Does It Hold Up, they dive back into Mendes' "American Beauty". Does it live up to how awesome they thought it was in college? The boys also introduce the segment Who Wore It Better, in addition to some new, exciting sound cues. SPOILERS.
