This movie is low key based off the extraordinary story of billIonaire Dhirubhai Ambani but is some how one of the most boring movies on the planet? Truly a feat. Abhishek just can’t carry a movie don’t @ me. Soundtrack is fire tho all thanks to the untouchable AR Rahman. And although the movie sucks, this podcast is EXCELLENT.

soundtrack? slaps. the movie? pretty damn good! you’d think this is the kind of Bollywood movie that starts simple and fun but in act three there’s a random turn, everybody gets stabbed, and an alien steals the girl - but thankfully that doesn’t happen! srk and mahima shine in a movie that’s refreshingly not just straight up romance, but an enlightening immigrant story! get comfy meri mehboobas, it’s a good one. oh also fuck alok nath.

There’s no way around it, this is a sad one. The Boys dive deep into a discussion of India’s flawed education system, learning disabilities, and of course - stern brown dads. The only source of comic relief in this movie is Aamir Khan’s early 2000s faux-hawk. Grab some tissues and cuddle up with a loved one, a stuffed animal, or body pillow because in the words of a sad Trey Songz, “
