Make sure you are taking the time to feed all parts of who you are, physical, emotional and spiritual.  What you focus on becomes your reality.

Too often we second guess ourselves, take advice we shouldn't and follow paths that aren't what we truly should be doing.

If you truly want to live your Destiny you  need to love your life, past present and future.

Remember to enjoy the journey and not put everything aside until you reach the Destination

Do you run yourself into the ground with no time for Recovery?

Do you let yourself get so overwhelmed that nothing is getting done?

Business, Health, life....with the right people around you, a 2nd opinion is vital!

Life is a choice.....boredom comes often when no decision is made or there is no purpose.

It's always fantastic when things go as they should....celebrate those moments.

Sometimes spinning is just getting you ready to be unstuck!

Do you allow this emotion to run amok in your life?  (Sound quality isn't great the first 5 min ...I apologize)

Are you aware when there is a Shift in your life?  Do you fight it or embrace it?

Do you ensure clear communication on Expectations to avoid conflict?

Are you staying open to your changing needs?

All your choices need to be weighed as to their value and the cost.  Are you clear on what you really want?

Only you can give up your Power.  It's just an illusion.  Remember it's not what is done to you but how you react that determines whether you are powerless.

It's a choice and you need to feed it.
