You see, just over a year ago, I met a coach named Johannes Metzler.   We were talking about his aspirations, and I invited him to go through my 'Thriving Coaches Roadmap' and let me know which milestone he was currently working on.   He was working on milestone 1...   "You have a coaching session with someone who isn't a coach and wasn't on your coaching course."   Johannes hadn't done that yet.   So last week, Johannes sent me a message that read:   "I finished the Intensive, 2.5 days and it was fantastic.
