Forever Midnight

This week, the FM-Threeniuses sneak into the dark ride at a seedy-ass carnival and attempt to spend the night, just for a hoot! Once inside, they stumble upon a monster getting a hand-whammy and decide that maybe this wasn't their brightest idea. The FM crew have to "hurry, hurry, and step right up" to the Barker and his Frankenstein-cosplaying son if they wanna make it out with their goldfish-baggies intact! Like an order of corndogs, your hosts come out a little bit battered and fried, but with a sweet and meaty chat about Tobe Hooper's 1981 classic “The Funhouse”!

In this week’s episode the FM3 head to Dawson’s Beach to party it up! While recklessly hauling balls along the winding cliffs, they accidentally chowdered the Gorton’s fish stick guy who was apparently standing in the middle of the road, fast asleep. Using their collective crack judgement, they decide that rather than checking homie’s vitals and getting medical assistance, it would be a better move to just throw his ass in the ocean - from whence he came, right? Boy, were they wrong! Instead, the F-M’ers set off a chain of events that would forever change (and end) the lives of many innocent people. Who will survive and what will be left of their crab shack? In this week's episode, your favorite bullied army cadets, Jef, Josh and Brian stumble upon a full-on Dracula Dungeon where they the find the secret VHS stash of Satanic Priest Esteban and watch his 1981 documentary, "EvilSpeak." While watching, they learn that if you let Clint Howard type some wild shit into an old computer, the devil will kill all your enemies. So get ready nerds, 'cause your wigs are about to get split with a He-Man sword as the boys float around and talk about this forgotten 80’s gem!

In this episode, your forever-friends at Forever Midnight watched the new Netflix Original film, “Kaali Khuhi” and talk with Writer/Director Terrie Samundra. This conversation touches on many subjects, including the logistics of making a feature film in India, post-production work in pandemic conditions, and projects she is currently prepping for the near future. The FM3 had a great time talking with Terrie, learned lots, and look forward to seeing more work from this unique & talented Filmmaker! In this week's episode, the film chosen for the FM3 is one of the most influential and successful films in cinematic history - at least in the world of Frank Henenlotter - his 1990 magnum opus, “Frankenhooker." This film delivers on so many levels: musclenuts, superdrugs, sexworkers, disembodied brains, disembodied boobs, freaks of nature, disembodied freaks of nature and “SCIENCE." Your friends at Forever Midnight love this movie and look foreword to a day when it gets a well-deserved sequel. But, until then, they will have to settle for watching "Frankenhooker" on repeat for the 69th time in a row...    

The FM3 find themselves pulling into Mill Basin for the last stop on their wacky wild mild metal Gnarvember tour and as they unload their amps from their Lamborghini's into the High School Auditorium, They realize that maybe just maybe the Black Roses they are on tour with are actually the devils band and we are all stuck in purgatory. After some thought they figure the only way out is thru, and they help the world’s nosiest high school teacher by selling him some black market dynamite on the street corner and then kick back until he blows up or burns down the show. ...Ahh the life of the worlds best horror podcast. And until next years Gnarvember, we hope you all got to bang your heads and have sex in some waterbeds. Chao!!

In this latest metal massacre mishap for the month of Gnarvember, your friends at Forever Midnight find themselves making a deal with the ambidextrous, mixer-twiddling voodoo Devil to become the greatest podcast in the world!! Unfortunately, just like for Martin - the silly nerd in 1991's “Shock Em Dead” - things don’t go quite as they'd planned. Instead of enjoying the spoils that topping the iTunes charts surely affords, the FM3 become weird-ass heavy metal soul-suckers and their hard rockin’ horror show gets overshadowed by the stack of bodies left behind, just so they won't shrivel up and explode! This film had more greasy shenanigans than most - fully dunked in the softest of Hard Rock juices and all written by the legendary Thor!  So jump in the band van , tune your weapons and hit the road with The FM3 and The Tritonz!! 

It is that special time of year again when the veil between those who love Halloween and those who hate it is at its thinnest! As the draculas, gooblins and six-boobed woolfpersons start to roam the neighborhoods, your friends at Forever Midnight decided to sneak one last full-size Baby Ruth into your treat sac for the month. The F(reaky)M3 gathered under the moon to summon a conversation about every Hallow-Fiends must-watch movie of the Spoopy Season, 2007’s “Trick ‘R Treat”!  Enjoy, creeps, and don’t forget to check your candy!

Well, we’re in the throes of October, and even though EVERY month is a spewky month for the FM3, they’re getting into the Halloween spirit and honing their horror selections for the season, starting with 1986’s “Trick Or Treat”! Eddie (Skippy from Family Ties) is a heavy metal loner, and full-blown halloweenis (who the FM3 can relate to completely), whose only reason for living is to someday meet his glam-shockin’, snake-blood-chuggin’ idol, Sammi Curr. After Curr and friends burn to a crisp while criss-cross-applesauce in a hotel-floor pentangle, Eddie plays the final Sammi Curr record backwards, and bingo - he meets Sammi and his wishes are granted! Here’s to hoping that this joyous eighties thrillride tickles your underputty as much as it did the FM3’s!

In this episode, Jeffy Lee Curtis and his tug-mates (Brian and Josh Baldwin) square off against an electric alien whose main purpose is to make a mockery of all humans by using us as cheap-ass arts and crafts supplies. In-between dodging Robo-Brundleflies and janky Cinnaborgs, the crew fight the good fight and have a fun conversation about this wacky, wild, fun-bike of a movie - 1999’s “Virus”!

In this episode, the FM3 hop into the old Canadian cargo van and end up making poutine out of a wicked-ass manwolf that leapt into the road after attacking Ginger, a morose tweenage girl and her sister in a nearby playground. Aside from some weird growths and funky hair, Ginger seems to be just fine. Her sister, on the other paw, believes otherwise, and tries to track down a cure for an increasingly horny Ginger before she gets too big and sketchy. Halloween, plus a full moon are right around the corner, so you just know shit is gonna get lumpy and bumpy - and boy does she ever...    Aside from lady werewolves (whatwolves? whywolves?) the crew talk about monstrous  genitalia at length, and how they just want more of it. A pretty standard trip to The Great White North. Awwooooooooo!!

This episode of Forever Midnight is Bri Bri's choice and because he's never seen it, and he has a hankering for a hunk of creature, he has selected 2007's "The Mist" for the gang to watch. Like many of our collective all-time faves (Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile), this is a Frank Darabont-directed adaptation of a Stephen King story, so what possibly could go wrong? Spoiler Alert: Josh thinks, "nothing" and Jef thinks, "everything"... let's see if there's anything either of them MIST the first time around? Darabont brings his A-List cast of thousands to the grocery store and lets loose more mistical monsters than you can shake your misticles at in this early CGI creetch feetch: The Mist!

In this episode your friends at Forever Midnight decided to unbury the often forgotten about 90’s film “Pet Sematary 2”.  Sure it may stink a little and act a tad unpredictable from time to time but it is also filled with wild ass dream sequences, werewolf tits, Gilbert Goose M.D., Sheriff von Frankenstein and the shittiest turd burgling undead teen bully you ever laid your pug poppin’ eyeballs on! Get ready because dead isn’t always better when you can resurrect a decent sequel out of the sour earth like Director Mary Lambert. 

In this episode your friends at Forever Midnight experienced some minor memory loss due to an attack by the infamous Karl Raymar regarding whether or not they had already done an episode on the 1982 film “One Dark Night”.    After a brief Psychic reading with some Instagram Live friends - they decided WTF?! They then proceeded to drive  head on into the cemetery to chat about this seldom talked about 80’s gem.    This film is jam packed with cool 80’s vibes, super fun practical FX and a Energy Vampire whose corpse is filled with enough pink lightning to light up 10 mausoleums  - the FM3 knew it was the right choice all along.     

In this episode, your friends at Forever Midnight decide to take a peek “Beyond the Door” (1974) where they feast their eyes on a table-length, family-style serving of Italian Exorcist. I hope you want extra cheese grated all over your heapin' helpin', cuz this Satanic car wreck of a film is cheesy as Hell. The homies also chat about Brian’s recent streak in the superhero biz and (of course) about their testicles one last time. All in all, great fun was had juggling nuts, demons, and this unpredictable flick, known also as “The Devil Within Her”. 

In this episode, the FM3 take a trip to Potatovillle, Idaho where they investigate a toxic waste spill and the lumpy, bumpy, mutated aftermath that is the namesake of 1983's "The Being”. As the disappearances of townspeople begin stacking up, so does the green slime they leave behind, making this Easter Sunday egg-stra messy. But there is hope! "The Scientist” (Martin Landau) and “The Police Detective“ (Rexx Coltrane) attempt to destroy the mutant freak and return their sleepy town to the normal task of banishing ever-present smut peddlers instead of worrying about “The Being"!

In this episode, your friends at Forever Midnight change into janky bats and fly back to the 1970’s to watch two groovy-ass Vampire flicks; 'Blacula' and 'Scream, Blacula, Scream!' Like a delicious blood-filled wine glass, these movies have possibly improved with age, sporting plenty of goofy facial hair, inept police officers, awkward smooches, sinister curses and (last but not least) green-skinned, blood-snackin’ ghouls. So join us as we duck into the cape of William Marshall as African Prince Mamuwalde, Kicker of all the Ass and Slurper of all the Blood... aka BLACULA!!!
