There is alot of talk about vision and growth, and a lot of entrepreneurs subscribe to the idea that without a dream or vision you're economically broken.Matt recounts the time he read the book Vivid Vision and how he realized he didn't have a vision for the company, but as a start-up, you're just making it to payroll.
