In this week's Student Discussion, Charlie and Avery talk with Blakely and Sophie about stress and anxiety and what Psalm 23:3 says about that.  How do they find peace and help in the midst of those things?  What role does Jesus play in that?  What role can our church community play in that?  They also discuss the things that make them anxious, including haunted houses, roller coasters, and more.

In this week's Student Discussion episode, Avery and Charlie talk with Jackson and Asher about our new series, GOD GOT ME.  They discuss what thing they can't live without, the struggle to remove idols they have in their lives, and how they are learning to find everything they need in their walk with Jesus.  Charlie also forgets Asher's name and they talk about a certain NL East team who won the division but will LOSE in the playoffs!

In this week's Student Discussion episode, Charlie and Avery talk with Hannah and Reckless alum Cooper.  They first discuss their favorite hispanic food, and then get into our BE THE CHURCH series.  They share their thoughts on the Church, whether they have felt welcomed in the Church, and how they go about inviting people to join them.  They discuss some important ideas around how the Church can invite others into what God is doing.

In the last week of our BE THE CHURCH series, we look at one more key aspect that makes the Church the greatest movement ever.  When God is working and moving, other people outside the faith are drawn into it and are changed because of it.

This week in our Student Discussion episode, Charlie and Avery talk about community with Claire and Lily.  They talk about their own experiences with community, why healthy community is so important, and the part they can play as the Church to participate in authentic community.  They also talk about whether they are extraverts, introverts (or ambiverts), and then Lily falls asleep towards the end.

This week in our BE THE CHURCH Series, we look at an important aspect that makes the Church unique...community.  We were not meant to live alone, and the Church is meant to be a body of people unified together.

In this week's Student Discussion episode, Avery and Charlie talk about the role the Holy Spirit plays in their lives.  When have they seen the Holy Spirit at work?  When have they experienced the Holy Spirit convict of sin?  They talk about moments in Nicaragua, when they trusted Jesus as Savior, moments they questioned their salvation, and whether Hitler could've repented and received salvation.

How do we find the source of the abundant life? His name is Jesus. He's the only one that will truly satisfy us!

In this week's message, we look at a critical aspect of the Church...the Holy Spirit.  What role does the Holy Spirit play in the life of the Church?   

In this week's Student Discussion episode, Charlie and Avery talk with Tiffanie and Ava about their thoughts on the Church, how they have found an important role in the Church's mission, and times when they have struggled with aspects of the Church.  They also talk about Nicaragua spiders and their favorite subjects in school, while doing what teenagers do when they're together...rag on their teachers.

Whether we know it or not, we are in a spiritual battle every single day. The question is: how do we fight in these spiritual battles. In this talk we dive into Ephesians chapter 6 to learn how to put on the full armor of God for spiritual battle. 

Why does the Church exist?  What is our purpose and mission?  We are the method God uses to change the world, and every one of us has a part to play in that!

In this week's Student Discussion episode, Avery and Charlie talk with Jett and Oliver about their views on the Church, where they would be without the Church, and how they see themselves as a follower of Jesus.  They also talk about their favorite childhood movie.  And Jett and Oliver show no respect for their awesome high school pastor by talking trash about his baseball team.  This may be their last time on the podcast.

The Church is full of broken, messed up people who have all been rescued, redeemed, and forgiven by Jesus.  That past is something that we all have in common and that can be powerful when we come together.  Individually and collectively, we are trophies of God's grace.

We are back!  Each week, students will discuss the message from that night at Reckless, our High School Ministry.  Led by Avery and Charlie, they will discuss relevant topics, faith, and what it looks like to follow Jesus with other high school students.  

Romans 8:29 calls us as believers to be "conformed to the image of Jesus." This means that our entire Christian lives we are called to grow to look more like him so that we can be a light to the world. How do we grow in christlikeness?

Our first series of the year is a series about the importance and beauty of God's Church. Gen Z is more apathetic and disillusioned about the church than other generations.  And they will be the ones to lead the Church in the future, so it's imperative to help students look at the Church from all angles to fully understand its importance.  And it starts and ends with Jesus.(NOTE: Recording cuts off at the 19:50 mark.  The Main Point of the message is "Jesus is at the center of all things, and the Church exists because of Him and for Him.")

What is the difference between the worlds love and God's love? In 1 John we see a picture of what it is like to be loved by God.
