Happy Friday! DHS will be my focus this evening. On Jan. 21, 2016 I joined former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerick on Dennis Michael Lynch’s Newsmax-TV program, “Unfiltered.”- “DML Unfiltered - Bernard Kerik and Michael Cutler - How long until our next 9/11?” The discussion was predicated on a DHS report: “DHS Report: Entry/Exit Overstay Report for FY 2016”   More than 500,000 nonimmigrant aliens who had been lawfully admitted failed to depart. The report, “9/11 and Terrorist Travel: Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States” focused on how terrorists entered the United States and embeded themselves as they went about their deadly preparations. Page 54 of this report contained this excerpt under the title “3.2 Terrorist Travel Tactics by Plot”: Although there is evidence that some land and sea border entries (of terrorists) without inspection occurred, these conspirators mainly subverted the legal entry system by entering at airports...Thus, abuse of the immigration

This evening we will take up the issue of how failures of the immigration system enable terrorists to enter the United States and how best to defend our nation from this threat.  With all of the focus that has been applied to the failures of the U.S./Mexican border, it would appear that finally politicians and journalists have “discovered” the fact that where immigration is concerned, there are many more vulnerabilities to be considered than only our porous southern border. The horrific mass murder committed by Radical Islamic Terrorists in San Bernardino, California weighs heavily on our hearts. With the controversy about the ability or lack of ability for our officials to screen Syrian refugees, a justifiable concern, the broader lack of integrity to all of the components of the immigration system are being ignored. The focus today will be on the issue of how the candidates for the Presidency promise "Wage equality" for all Americans while simultaneously promising to "fix" the broken immigration system by providing millions of illegal aliens with lawful status and increasing the number of visas for high-tech workers.  The obvious question not being asked or answered is how increasing the number of competitors for jobs will help American workers. It is time for a reality check- and tonight we will explode the lies. Happy Friday! Since my last program, CAPS and FrontPage Magazine have each published an article I have written. On October 20th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Immigration Law Enforcement: Why Bother?- The crucial issues at stake for American citizens.” On October 22nd, Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my commentary, “Administration Poised to Provide More Jobs for Aliens.” My focus in both pieces is how the administration and how leaders of both parties are quick to promise to help beleaguered middle-class families by creating jobs, while simultaneously promising the providing still more aliens with lawful status and permission to legally work in the United States. However, the United States admits more authorized foreign workers than the number of new jobs that are created. So many people complain about politicians who fail to keep their campaign promises. Happy Friday! Immigration and the re-settlement of supposed Syrian refugees in the United States will be my focus this evening. Two weeks ago I was the keynote speaker at an event in Spartanburg, SC that focused on the plans of the administration to have Syrian refugees moved to that town. I also addressed the County Council on this issue.  Incredibly, the council has refused to address the concerns of the residents of Spartanburg. Increasingly politicians at all levels refuse to truly represent their constituents. Having just returned from speaking before the County Council of Spartanburg, South Carolina on the issue of the refugees being resettled in that state, we will consider what the refugee resettlement program is likely to mean for not only South Carolina but for our entire nation and all of our citizens. To be clear, my grandmother was killed in Poland during the Holocaust, however, while I am extremely sympathetic to the plight of refugees, I am determined to get our leaders to understand that our nation must exercise extreme caution in admitting refugees from the Middle East and elsewhere, if they cannot be effectively screened to prevent the entry of terrorists and criminals. This evening, Friday, September 11, 2015 my focus will be, as it should, on the fact that today is the 14th anniversary of the worst terror attack ever carried out on U.S. soil since the founding of our great nation. We will consider what our government has done and has not done to prevent future terror attacks. Donald Trump has forced this issue out into the open and not unlike the proverbial tube of toothpaste, there will be no way to get the toothpaste back into the tube and no way for the candidates to ignore the immigration crisis. Immigration will be my focus for the show today and after watching the first of the televised Presidential debates yesterday, August 6th, it is clear that immigration is finally being recognized as being a significant issue for the politicians who are seeking the Presidency. However, even with this new focus, largely the result of some fiery statements by candidate Donald Trump, most of the focus was on illegal immigration and the US/Mexican border.   Even with this new interest in immigration, when a list of the major concerns Americans have is compiled, the economy, jobs and national security generally surpass immigration. In reality immigration is a primary factor in all of those concerns- if not the primary factor.
