Happy Friday! As important an issue the immigration crisis is, many in the news media refuse to provide honest and objective facts to their audiences. On June 7th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Obama's Victims: Released Criminal Illegals Commit Rape, Murder, Molestation- The astronomical re-offense rate of the predators the president sets loose in our communities.” My article was predicated on a Boston Globe article that chronicled the 5 year journey the newspaper embarked on to get DHS to finally release data concerning criminal aliens- aliens who had been convicted of committing serious crimes. They filed FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) petitions and found that “freedom of information” was a myth. In fact, the reporters found that they had not been given all of the facts or stats. Supposedly the primary mission of our government is to insure the safety and security of its citizens. Clearly this is not the mission the administration seeks to achieve. Today is a day we must never forget- it is the 3rd anniversary of the terror attack at the Boston Marathon by the Tsarnaev brothers. They and their family had been granted political asylum years earlier and ultimately became resident aliens. The younger brother, Dzhokhar Anzorovich "Jahar” Tsarnaev, now sits on death row, having been sentenced to death for his role in the terror attack. He was, in a macabre coincidence, naturalized on September 11, 2012. Happy Friday! Continuing my focus on immigration- On April 1, 2016 I was a guest on Newsmax-TV's “The Steve Malzberg Show” to discuss how we can prevent terror attacks by radical Islamists such as were recently carried out in Paris and Brussels. A video of my interview was posted under the title, Michael Cutler: Let's Enforce Our Immigration Laws and 'Create Deterrence.’ On April 5th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “America Now Has an Official Language: Newspeak: The Library of Congress falls victim to semantic tyranny.” My article dealt with the way that the term “Alien” is being expunged from the vernacular- not out of a desire to be Politically Correct but as a way of obfuscating the truth.  Our immigration laws were enacted to protect national security, innocent lives and the jobs of American workers.  Nevertheless leaders of both parties are determined to hobble efforts to enforce these critically important laws- America and Americans are paying the price- all too often- the "ultimate price!"
