At the beginnings of the powerful public ministry of Jesus (Mark 1), the disciples find Jesus early in the morning in prayer.  A divine set-up was on, as Jesus was intent on teaching His disciples about how to do ministry from a place of union...that it all starts in prayer.

"You shall be radiant at what you see...your heart shall throb and overflow." (Is 60:5)  The divinely inspired words of the prophet Isaiah illumine for us the joyful mystery the Magi entered into when in encountering Christ...the mystery of being bathed in the divine radiance of God.

On  the Solemnity of Mary Mother of God, we meditate on the love of Mary's passionate heart to better understand how treasuring all these things (of God) in our hearts too will continue to enkidle passionate love for Christ in our lives...
