Meet adorable, adoptable Clucky! This 2-4 year old Shepard mix is already spayed, up to date with all her vaccines, and ready to snuggle.  Clucky is by far the most photogenic pup here at BCAC and has a natural zest for life.  This sweet girl would love to find someone who would take her out on adventures during the day and cuddle all night.  Clucky came to us as a stray so, unfortunately, we don’t know much about her past.  We do know that she would do best in a home as the only animal and she would do best with older kids only. Sally is a 12 year old spayed and declawed female cat who is VERY affectionate and chubby! Sally is a true PRINCESS!! She is a calico so she has a little bit of a “queenly cat-itude”, but she’ll rub against you and roll for your attention. Sally is not 100% on board with roommates, so younger cats and dogs are not her cup of tea. Meet Opal!  She is a stunning young black and white kitten with an absolutely beautiful face. She is only three or four months old.  When Opal was brought to our shelter, she had a badly injured and infected tail.  With a lot of love and veterinary care, Opal is hopeful for a better future with her shortened tail!  Once she is comfortable she will flop over for belly rubs and purr until her heart is content.  Opal has really come out of her shell since her tail repair surgery.  Now, she loves to play and is becoming very curious!  Opal’s adoption fee is only $55 for a Cass County resident or $60 for an out of county resident.  Please contact Cass County Animal Control at 269-445-3701 to learn more about our beautiful little gem, Opal. Our very own “Pretty Woman,” Julia Roberts, came to us on June 6th with some of her other famous brothers and sisters. She loves attention, whether from other cats or humans, and does not shy away from gentle belly rubs. This is Cooper! Cooper is a seven or eight month old Mountain Cur / Plott Hound. He is very friendly, and loves kids and other dogs.
