Even for this world, the ending savior mechanism is a bit of a stretch. But really, where is this going? Each arc feels disconnected from one another in a world that's begging for a big bad. It was a dark and stormy night when The Doctor and Sarah Jane land on Karn...and fall right into quite the homage to Frankenstein. Heralded by some, maligned by others, you can't deny the place that THE BRAIN OF MORBIUS holds in Doctor Who history! The adventure is surprisingly tight, the performances just over the top enough to be peak Doctor Who, and really without this story there are more than a few things in modern Doctor Who lore we would not have!
