Mark Agnesi is the Director of Brand Experience for Gibson Guitars and Producer for GibsonTV. He was the former General Manager of Norman’s Rare Guitars, located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. Mark is an expert on Fender, Gibson, Rickenbacker, Gretsch and Martin guitars, making him one of the youngest authorities on vintage guitars in the world. Since starting at Norman’s in 2009, he has sold guitars to every major name in the entertainment business. He began playing guitar at the age of 6, and was in the studio making records by the age of 11. In 2005, Mark moved to LA and began working as a professional touring and session guitarist. His combination of talent, knowledge, and personality, have helped him grow Norman’s Youtube channel into an incredible community of followers who tune-in to Mark’s wildly popular series, The Guitar of the Day.   Rachael Moser is a System Engineer/Crew Chief from Clair Global who is currently based out of Nashville, TN. Over the last ten years she has worked as a PA Tech, Monitor Systems Tech, RF Tech, and Monitor Mixer. Rachael attended Belmont University, and received her BS degree from the Audio Engineering Technology program while also minoring in business. After a few early gigs during school with Clair, Rachael knew that that was the company she wanted to work for. She started by working in the shop testing cables and helping out in whatever department needed her. This was valuable training and her patience would pay off over the years as she steadily moved up the ranks and learned how successful tours were put together. Chez Stock is a experienced Tour Manager and Front of House engineer currently on tour with Amanda Palmer. She has toured extensively since 2007, building steadily on her no-nonsense work ethic, and a desire to continuously improve and grow as an engineer. Along with her passion for sound, Chez also works diligently and at times aggressively, to champion women, minorities, and those struggling to find their voice within an industry where social norms can be difficult to change. Timothy Burkhead is a Tour Manager, Production Manager, FOH Engineer, entrepreneur and percussionist currently based out of Nashville, TN. He is the co-founder of TMinc.live, and All Access Advance, an online system for automated show advancing and tour management. The optimized system prepares and streamlines site specifications, travel & transportation, and budget settlement for touring pro’s on the road. Timothy is originally from Oxford, MS. and grew up in a musical household that was also dedicated to community work and the core belief of doing what you can to stay positive and be a core member of your community.   TJ’s story originally started in the late 1980’s as a roadie for several New Jersey club bands. After a brief time at New Jersey’s legendary Trax East Recording studio, he spent most of the 1990’s and 2000’s crisscrossing the planet with bands like M.O.D, Agnostic Front, Ignite and many more. Along the way, he formalized his work with the creation Iron Sound Productions; a company providing back line, sound re-enforcement and tour logistics. By 2000, he was pulling triple duty as Tour Manager, Drum Tech and Guitar Tech for Skid Row, who was opening on the legendary KISS Farewell Tour (last tour with the original members of the band), and included a set by Ted Nugent. As the miles and years on the road continued to stack up, he further earned the respect and trust of peers in the industry. He is the founder of Masters of Maple Drums, and Ghost Tech: a full service production and logistics company. A Southern California native, Sahir’s introduction to the music came from growing with parents in the industry. His father is an award-winning composer, and multi-instrumentalist, and as a child, he would often play on his father’s recordings, and help pack up all of the gear when his dad would bring musicians from the Middle East to perform live and in the studio. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music, Ken headed to Los Angeles to begin what he initially thought would be a long and lucrative career as a recording engineer. She has worked in the live sound industry for over 25 years touring, doing everything from System Engineer and Technician, to Monitor and Front of House Engineer.
