Jason “Zito” Zito is an award-winning Production Manager with over 20 years of experience as a touring professional. With almost eighty countries under his belt, extensive vendor relationships, an attention to detail and open communications amongst his crew and artists, he’s operating at the top of his game and able to juggle multiple artists at once. In just the last several years he’s worked with top artists such as Josh Groban, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, One Republic, and the Backstreet Boys. In 2017, he was recognized by his peers and named Tourlink’s Top Dog Production Manager of The Year. Ritchie “the amp guy” Fliegler is a notable guitarist, author, and at one time an evangelist for both Marshall Amplification and Fender Musical Instruments. As a guitarist, he has worked with John Waite, Lou Reed, John Cale, Tom Verlaine, Johnny Copeland, and Alice Cooper. As an author on the subject of guitar his articles have appeared in several trade magazines, but he is most widely known for two phenomenal titles that every guitarist needs to own; Amps! The Other Half of Rock n Roll, and The Complete Guide to Guitar and Amp Maintenance: A Practical Manual for Every Guitar Player. For several years he served under the famed Jim Marshall before moving over to Fender where his tenure ran from the mid-90’s through the early 2000’s. Ritchie’s passion for the guitar and the music made by it has taken him on a journey he never could have expected, but one that he is humbled by and grateful for every day. Brian Rashap is a Production Manager, Tour Manager, bass tech and bass player, currently handling PM and Tech duties for Phil Lesh, as well as playing bass in the Mother Hips. A musician since his formative years in Southern California, it was a last minute jam with the bass that forever changed Brian’s focus from guitar to bass. Even though Brian was influenced by a wide range of artists as he came into his own as a player, the music of the Grateful Dead was always a constant staple, as was a popular band that blossomed onto the scene in the ‘90’s, The Mother Hips. It’s not lost on Brian how the mysteries of life’s winding roads have now led him to be at the epicenter of the very groups he once listened to obsessively. Perhaps my favorite part of his story though, is a life transition that occurred several years ago, when the stars conspired to change his course, and set him squarely on his destiny. It’s almost impossible to be a fan of music and not know the name Peter Shapiro. Chances are you’ve heard of places like Wetlands Preserve, The Capitol Theater, and Brooklyn Bowl. You may even be familiar with Relix Magazine, originally launched in 1974, which focuses on live music, festivals, artist interviews, etc. If the aforementioned still doesn’t ring a bell, I’m sure you know the names Jerry Garcia and Bob Weir. Peter Shapiro is at the center of all of those things and many more. He is also a master at creating the right “vibes” for the right moment. Erik Rogers is a FOH Audio Engineer based in Florida who has been touring steadily for the last 15 years. He has spent the greater part of this year on the road with Godsmack and is preparing for another North American run to finish out the year. Throughout his career he has worked with Hunter Hayes, Testament, Death Angel, Avenged Sevenfold, Scott Stapp, and many more. In 2010 while on tour with Taylor Swift he was nominated for a Parnelli Award as Systems Engineer of the Year. He has also been featured in several trade magazines such as Live Sound International, FOH Magazine, Sound Pro Live, and AVNetwork Magazine.   Mark Agnesi is the Director of Brand Experience for Gibson Guitars and Producer for GibsonTV. He was the former General Manager of Norman’s Rare Guitars, located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. Mark is an expert on Fender, Gibson, Rickenbacker, Gretsch and Martin guitars, making him one of the youngest authorities on vintage guitars in the world. Since starting at Norman’s in 2009, he has sold guitars to every major name in the entertainment business. He began playing guitar at the age of 6, and was in the studio making records by the age of 11. In 2005, Mark moved to LA and began working as a professional touring and session guitarist. His combination of talent, knowledge, and personality, have helped him grow Norman’s Youtube channel into an incredible community of followers who tune-in to Mark’s wildly popular series, The Guitar of the Day. Scott Adamson is a touring FOH audio engineer and the founder of The Production Academy, an online school dedicated to helping musicians and sound engineers get the technical knowledge they need to have successful shows. A California native who has been working in the music industry since the late 1990’s, Scott moved to Iowa with his family in his early teens, and it was there that he started playing the drums. His musical ambitions led him to play in several bands and he slowly developed an interest in the live sound aspect of the shows as well.
