John Guarnieri is the Chief Operating Officer of Silver Spear Security and is currently the Head of Security for the band Shinedown. A graduate of Norwich University, Corps of Cadets, John knew immediately upon graduating in 2008 that he wanted to join the elite team of the Secret Service. He served his country in that capacity for several years and logged many miles on the road under the Obama administration. In 2014 he made the decision to work in the private sector and when the opportunity to work with Silver Spear presented itself he jumped at the chance. Silver Spear Security offers everything from event security to court escorting. For the last few years John has toured the world with Shinedown, providing security in variety of situations. She started out booking local bands when she was a teenager, and since then has covered a great variety of jobs in the live music industry: stagehand, production runner, merch vendor, agent assistant, stage manager & backstage hospitality. But mostly she has been tour managing, traveling the world working with artists playing anywhere from squats to stadiums. In recent years she has worked with M83, Robyn, Royksopp, The Knife, Fever Ray, Susanne Sundfør and ionnalee. She’s passionate about opening doors to live music careers for women. Last year she co-founded the non-profit, Backstage Pass, aimed at improving diversity and inclusion in the live music industry in the Netherlands.   Chris Bedry is the Systems Tech for the Tedeschi Trucks Band. Before touring regularly, Chris was the Audio Department Manager for KM Productions where he cut his teeth at numerous concerts and festivals. During that time, he also worked as a freelancer around the New York area. In 2015 he joined Tedeschi Trucks on tour for a short stint before jumping on tour with Jill Scott. From there, he went back to working for TTB, where he’s been ever since. Tana Douglas is widely acknowledged as Rock’n’Roll’s first female roadie. Her journey started in 1973 in Australia, where within a year she was working for AC/DC, first doing backline then F.O.H. Sound for the band. She then moved to lighting working for a Major Australian Promoter and completed in quick succession several tours with International acts such as: Santana, Suzi Quatro, Neil Diamond, David Essex and Leo Sayer and Status Quo all before she turned 18. As a monitor engineer with Maryland Sound International, he toured with artists like Tears for Fears, Don Henley, Disturbed, Josh Groban, Anthony Hamilton and more. Previously he spent ten years as the Director of Audio overseeing and managing all aspects of audio for the Event Staging Division of the company.
