And what we discovered was that God didn't simply create a place for humans to live, he created himself a temple where he could live with his people.

This is the final teaching in our series on the church and our transition into our new base for gospel mission. It is also the first sermon in our new building. In this week's sermon, we look at 1 Peter 2 to see that the church is not made of brick and mortar but made up of living stones, built upon the foundation of Jesus.

In this week's teaching, Pastor Jeremy wraps up our series on Jesus' words, "I will build my church." It is all about Jesus, he is both the architect and the cornerstone of the church and the gates of hell cannot withstand the family that God is building. 

We aren't just called to gather as a church on Sundays, we are called to a particular place to partner with Jesus in his renewal of all things in the everyday.
