Dr. Mier completed undergraduate studies at Albion College, then received his dental degree from University of Detroit in 1984. His journey to orofacial pain primarily began as a patient looking for answers, and eventually led to the craniofacial pain center at Tufts University. He completed a one-year fellowship, and then completed a Masters program in 2011. Subsequently he joined the faculty and was eventually the director of postgraduate education in orofacial pain. He returned to full-time private practice in 2015 to the present. Dr. Dania Tamimi graduated with a dental degree from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. William Ben Johnson is an endodontist, inventor, entrepreneur, educator and philanthropist. He developed Thermafil and then established Tulsa Dental Products, beginning with the modernization of endodontic treatment. He has received several awards such as the 2004 President’s Award from the American Association of Endodontists and the 2000 Louis I Grossman Award from the French Endodontic Society. He is member of the Oklahoma Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, and the International College of Dentists, among others. Most recently, Johnson has directed his efforts toward designing instruments for improved cleaning and shaping of the root canal system. Dr. Joel Gould has been practicing in Southern California since 2001. His General and Cosmetic Dental Practices treat patients of all ages and offer a broad range of treatments. Dr. Aubé Graduated from University of Montreal in '84, and then went to McGill for a residency program with emphasis in full mouth rehab and orthognathic surgery. In 1995 he went through the full Dawson and Pipier curriculum. Then in '98 he was invited by The Montreal Migraine Clinic to study the effect of occlusal equilibration on tension type headaches. Dr. Dennis E.
