The long established practice is focused on restorative dentistry along with a soon to be opened in-office Whitening Studio. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. After a GPR at Maimonides Medical Center he practiced in Manhattan for 7 years and then relocated to Denver with his wife and cat. He recently welcomed a son in September 2020. William (Bill) P. Magee Jr. D.D.S., M.D., is a plastic and craniofacial surgeon who founded Operation Smile in 1982 with his wife, Kathleen S. Magee, and serves as the organization's Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Magee has trained and mentored thousands of physicians worldwide. A featured guest on many network television programs, Dr. Magee is also a sought-after keynote speaker for corporate and national meetings. Dr. Magee received a D.D.S. from the University of Maryland, M.D. from George Washington University Medical School, served his general surgery residency at the University of Virginia Medical School, and received the Fulbright-Hays Scholarship Grant to study in Paris, France with Dr. Paul Tessier in 1975. Dr. Nagesh Gidwani has been practicing in Phoenix since 1984, after completing his Masters degree in Oral Pathology and a rotation in Oral Surgery. He also serves on the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners as a consultant. As a general dentist, Dr. Nick (as his patients call him) performs most procedures, but focuses on root canals, crown and bridge and cosmetic dentistry. He also does a lot of teeth whitening, leaving his patients with bright smiles and happy faces. Dr. Gian Pietro Schincaglia received his Dental degree from the University of Ferrara in Italy and his Periodontal Certificate from the University of Southern California. Since 2003 he has been a Diplomate of The American Board of Periodontology and in 2006 he received his PhD degree in bone biology from the University of Ferrara. From 2007 to 2014 he was Associate Professor in Periodontology and Director of the Graduate Program in Periodontology at the University of Connecticut. He is currently the Chair and Post Graduate Program Director of the Department of Periodontology at WVU. He has been published extensively in peer-review journals. Ivan is a prosthodontist and Implant Surgeon. Dr. Jim Erpenbach is a native of Tennessee. He attended The University of Tennessee Knoxville for his BS in Cell Biology. He attended the University of Tennessee Memphis for his DDS. He has maintained a general private practice in Knoxville since 1982. Michelle Lee was named OSAP’s Executive Director in July 2018. Michelle came to OSAP with more than 30 years of dental and healthcare staffing and experience with team development training. Timothy L. Ricks, D.M.D., M.P.H., F.I.C.D., currently serves as the 19th Chief Dental Officer of the U.S. Public Health Service as well as Assistant Surgeon General. He serves as the Surgeon General’s spokesperson on oral health and interacts with chief dental officers from other countries, with military chief dental officers, with leaders in organized dentistry, with state oral health programs, and much more. He is currently overseeing the development of the second-ever Surgeon General’s Report on Oral Health. Rear Adm. Ricks has served in the U.S. Public Health Service for over 21 years. Nathan Kupperman is a 32 year-old, Florida native, who enjoys surfing and traveling the world. Kurt Hoffman is an orthodontist who has been practicing in the Kansas City Metro area for the past 26 years.
