Dr. Ackah graduated from dental school in 2009. After dental school he realized he needed more education to be the super dentist he wanted to be, so he went on to get his GPR training at the Pittsburgh VA System. After working for one year as a general dentist, he realized he loved surgery more than dentures, so he applied and got accepted into the Pitt periodontal residency. Following graduation in 2014, he moved to Houston, Texas where he set up a traveling periodontal business. Dr. Buske grew up in Minnesota playing hockey and lacrosse. He moved to Texas to finish his undergrad at Texas A&M and then completed his DDS at Baylor College of Dentistry in 1997. He lives in the small town of Granbury, just outside of Fort Worth, where he practices in a group with 2 other doctors. Dr. Mongrain is a 1979 graduate of the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. He currently practices part time in Tulsa, OK and is a Director of Clinical Advocacy for Heartland Dental, Digital Clinical Technologies, Scanners and Labs. He is a consultant to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Mongrain has spoken and published internationally on restorative, preventive dentistry and technology. Dr. Leanna Shetler and Dr. Matt Dahar were destined to be best friends. In fact, their dads were best friends growing up. They played football together at University of Pittsburgh and were co-residents in Orthodontic Residency as well. Their families were connected before they were even born. Dr. Dean Nicholas, better known as Dr. Dino, is a general dentist in Lombard, IL practicing in the western suburbs of Chicago. His practice is known as Dr. Dino’s Dental Oasis. He is a 1986 graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry with a DDS degree. His patients age in range from 2 to 103 where he treats children of all ages! Dr. Dino provides small town comforts in a high-tech environment. Dr. Dino has also been known to pick up his local patients that no longer drive and do not have a way to get to get to the office. Dennis J. Leonard is President & CEO of Delta Dental of Massachusetts. He had been President of Delta Dental of Massachusetts since 2011. Michael is currently a second-year dental student studying at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University in 2019, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He grew up in Topeka, Kansas as part of a family of nine. In May 2018, he married his wonderful wife, Paige. She is an incredibly talented artist and works hard to help put him through dental school. Dr. Panagakos received his DMD from UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School (now Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine) and his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UMDNJ-Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in 1992. Dr. Panagakos joined the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in August 2018, as the Associate Dean for Research. In January 2019, he was appointed Vice Dean for Administration and Research, and on July 1st, 2020 was appointed as Interim Dean. Dr. Panagakos is the co-author of over 77 peer-reviewed scientific research articles and is the co-editor of three dental science textbooks. His areas of interest include the role of inflammation in oral and overall health, and the impact of nutrition on oral health and wellness. Tim graduated in 1997 and purchased his first practice two years later. He was quick to embrace consumer advertising, at that time only just legalized, tooth whitening and clear aligner therapy, also only just available in the UK. Using contacts practicing in other countries, Tim incorporated practicing models unusual in the UK to build a $1M single principal practice. Dr. Reinhardt is a general dentist who developed a special interest in orthodontics. In 2004 he introduced Invisalign in his practice and became an Elite Provider in 2007. In 2015 he was the first Canadian dentist to win the Invisalign Summit Shootout held at the Invisalign Summit in Las Vegas. In 2016, he founded The C.L.E.A.R.
