SARS impacted China and Alibaba in 2002 and had a significant affect on Alibaba, e-commerce and life in China. Juan gives us an insight to the innovation needs of PepsiCo and the incubator program they led in Europe. They identified Innovative Start Ups provided support and joint learning. The ventures gained Euro 25,000 and the winner an additional Euro 100,000.Aimava supported the capability development and mentoring of the PepsiCo team to support the collaboration and learning.
