It may surprise you to know that the story of the birth of Jesus itself is surrounded by apprehension, longing, and disappointment. The actual coming of the Son of God is a joyous occasion, to be sure! Angels literally sing over it! But as we will be reminded Sunday, all around the birth of Jesus, there are things that are not quite right. But they will be made right because God is at work. And where God is working there is hope! Join us Sunday, bring a friend, and let’s find hope together in Jesus!
