Christmas is here and we are excited to share this very special day with all of you! It is crazy to think that on Christmas Eve, well over a billion people, from every continent, will be pausing from their holiday tasks, in order to reflect on a moment where God placed a hinge in our history... and put Jesus at the center of it all! This weekend, we are going to see how Jesus, when he came to be with us, changed everything!

As we close our series "Be Christmas" this weekend, we look at the Christmas story through the lens of God the Father. How deep His agape love was for us that He sent His only son to reconcile us back to Him. We've read John 3:16 many times before, but how good are we at extending that same love and reconciliation to others? How can we begin to love all people the way God so loved us? Join us as Pastor Chad teaches us how to "love all."

As we continue in our BE CHRISTMAS series – we’re reminded that it’s not about doing Christmas. It’s about BEING Christmas. Almighty God came to us as human, because we couldn't go to Him. He made Himself available to you and to me. This is a powerful truth and this is why we celebrate Christmas, a time that commemorates the birth of our Lord Jesus. This is what we believe and this is why we worship Jesus. Pastor Tiffa will help us shift our focus on what is happening around us, to what has already happened before us. Did you know that last year Americans spent over 600 billion dollars on Christmas? For all the fun and joy that presents can be, I wonder – how many of you remember what you received for Christmas last year? Join us this weekend as Pastor Dawn opens the series titled “Be Christmas.” Come and learn how we can “Spend Less and Give More” to what really matters.

We all know that being thankful for things is a respectful gesture when we receive something in our lives, but how are we at giving thanks in the midst of trials? This weekend pastor Chad will help us dive into God's word and figure out how we can begin to be thankful in all things, not just for them.

Have you ever heard the saying, "it's a dog-eat-dog world?" Sayings like this and the pressures of society have conditioned us to look out for ourselves. Surviving in today's world has caused many of us to live a life of “ME.” We are trapped in a life that is self-reliant and focused on our own well-being. However, God did not design us to do life alone, but rather, to live life in healthy, relevant relationships. Instead of sitting in comfort and listening to sermons while hiding behind our devices, God has called us to join together as bold and active members of his church. Join us as Pastor Keane concludes our series The Relevant Church by unpacking what it means to get out of “me” and thrive as “We The Church."

Heaven has been depicted in so many ways. But when Jesus described the Kingdom of Heaven, He almost always describes a place we live from now, rather than a place we escape to later. This weekend we begin a new message series we are calling THE RELEVANT CHURCH. God's word gives us insightful direction regarding church life, it’s purpose and it's relevance - - even in today's world. We are better together and we need each other. Join us as Pastor Tiffa shares her experience with the church as she answers the question, is the church relevant? Church has to be more than just a message and some singing every week, right?

Our tongue has the power to bring both pain and peace and we tend to use it for both. Yet in Chapter 3, James teaches us "this should not be.” So what is the answer? Join us as Pastor Chad shows us how the little things can make a huge difference.

This week we continue with our series on the book of James, the blunt, “tell-it-like-it-is” servant of Jesus Christ. Isn’t it true that we all need people in our lives to just “tell-it-like-it-is”? James shares the importance of making sure that we do what we say we will do, and that we do it with a willing heart. Join us as Pastor Dawn shares a message which helps us to examine the question: “Are Our Lips and Lives a Perfect Match”?

This weekend, please join us as Pastor Jared talks on the subject of favoritism and discrimination, as we respond to the question,"Who gets the good seat?"

In Chapter one, James clearly tells us to not just be hearers of God's word, but doers of it. So what is stopping us? As we continue in our series "James Talks," Pastor Chad will walk us through how we can move from being forgetful hearers to effective doers.

The Book of James is filled with practical advice on how to live an abundant life. James was recorded by a man who God gave just a few yet challenging and powerful words. James is like an ancient version of our modern day TED Talks. This weekend, Pastor Don will kick off our new series on God's wisdom as found in the Book of James.

Most of us know that we should be investing for our future years. We don't know what the future holds for us so we build our nest eggs. We study our company's 401-K plans or research Roth IRA's looking for the best place to put our money. This weekend Pastor Dale will let us in on a little secret - the wisest investment you can ever make.

Sometimes we are involved in conversations that remind us of our less than glorious experiences in life, conversations that lead us towards healing, reconciliation and eventually restoration. This weekend we’re going to peek into two conversations that Jesus had with two of his disciples right after His resurrection. These conversations show the heart of Jesus and His capacity to forgive and restore his friends who had drifted or bolted away.

Frustration. It's born in the space between our expectations and our actual experiences. How are we supposed to respond? Do we suck it up and get on with life? Do we just lower our expectations? Or is there another way? In the second part of our series, Conversations with Jesus, Pastor Jared uses two very disappointed people walking to a place called Emmaus, to teach us about the source of our greatest frustrations, and what our response should be, in light of who Jesus is.

This weekend Pastor Chad kicks off a brand new series titled "Conversations with Jesus" where we will study a select few of Jesus' conversations, many of which changed lives forever. This week Chad will examine what Jesus says to a woman caught in adultery and how His words to her was so different from the world's.

Do you occasionally stop to prayerfully care about your family and friends who would never step foot in a church? How would they ever come to know Jesus? Did you know that God uses messengers to prepare the way for your family and friends? He has and it is you! Yes, each one of us is a messenger and He has given us the message to share. Join us as Pastor Keane explores the story of John the Baptist and shares ways that we can embrace the messenger within all of us.

We live in an age of social media where it's getting easier and easier to see what others have, and to desire those things. But what does it mean to covet? This week Pastor Chad will close out our Decalogue series as we talk about commandment #10 “Thou shalt not covet…”

This weekend we’re on the 9th commandment, “Do not tell lies about others.” Exodus 20:16. It is possible to be a godly person, someone who walks by faith, and yet feel compelled to lie? Why do we lie? Some wonder, if it is possible to tell the truth all the time? Telling the truth is more than a just a "good" and "decent" value we are called to live by. Speaking the truth at all times and living an honest life reflects God's character and sets us free.
