The Heat were up by 7 points very late in the 4th quarter, but all-world superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo picked up the Milwaukee Bucks, put them on his massive back and carried them past the Heat, 121-115 in overtime in front of a stunned crowd on Pat Riley Court in Miami. Antetokounmpo literally became superhuman for Milwaukee- scoring 36 points, grabbing 15 rebounds and dishing out 10 assists to lead them into 5th place in the playoff race. Kevin Porter Jr. had 24 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists off the bench, including a beautiful driving, spinning layup with 11 seconds left in OT that made it 119-115 Bucks and all but end it. Duncan Robinson traveled on the next Heat possession, and that was all she wrote for the Heat. Bam Adebayo scored 31 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in a Herculean effort for Miami. 04/04/2025 Duración: 19minJa Morant hit a 12-foot fadeaway jumper over Kel’el Ware at the buzzer, suddenly and viciously putting an end to the Heat’s 6-game win streak that had just peaked the night before with a huge win over the defending champion Celtics in Boston. The final score was the Memphis Grizzlies 110 and the Heat 108. Morant finished with 30 points for Memphis, including 11 in the 4th quarter and 6 in the final 2:00. Tyler Herro- who played a beautiful game- scored 35 points- including 18 in the 3rd quarter and 9 in a row in 1 stretch- to lead the Heat. Bam Adebayo poured in 26 points and Ware finished with 13 points and 15 rebounds. The Heat were the 3rd team in NBA history to lose at least 10 in a row, then immediately follow that with 6 wins in a row. The Heat clinched a play-in tournament berth (even though they lost) when Milwaukee beat Philadelphia earlier in the day.
