1 Peter 1:18-19. We have a lot of traditions in our world today. One thing that is not based on a tradition is our redemption, our salvation. That is based solely on the precious blood of Jesus. Don’t let anyone teach you otherwise!

Selected verses in Titus and James. Good works prove the faith we claim to have. Why are good works important, and can I see a practical example of these good works. Listen in.

Titus 3:4-5. We can never, ever, ever earn our way into Heaven by our works.

Titus 3:8. We are called to do the good works that are the will of God for our lives. Yet, often, we forget about those works, or just cease doing them. We got to make these good works a priority in our lives.

Titus 2:11-12. Jesus taught us to live a certain way in this world. Let me ask you this, is there more characteristics of God, or of the world in your life today?

1 Timothy 2:4-6. God does not desire that any of us spend eternity in Hell. His desire is for us all to be saved. Yet, millions will reject the sacrifice of Jesus as the ransom for our sins. Have you rejected Him?

Psalm 51:16-17. In this Psalm, we see two things that God does not desire, and 3 things He does. Are the things God desires found in your life?

Colossians 4:17.

1 Timothy 2:1-4. Paul urges us to do 4 thing for others each day. Are you ready to stand in the gap for your friends and relatives?

Titus 1:16. False teachers make great claims, but their works don’t back up their claims. Unfortunately, there are many Christians today that profess Christ, but don’t really know Him. Is that you?

Luke 17:11-19. Ten people were healed, only 1 returned to thank Jesus for the work He had done. Are you going to be that one?

Psalm 100:4. By looking at selected verses, we will see that thanksgiving is a vital part of our day to day life. We must take time, each and every day, to thank God for what we have, what He has kept us from and what He is bringing us through. Take some time, even right now,to thank God.

1 Samuel 3:1-10.

Isaiah 6:5-10. When God calls you to do something, God makes you adequate to do the task.

Genesis 12:1-5. God simply told Abraham to go, and Abraham obeyed. Abraham trusted God for the outcome of where he was going. That is faith. Do you have that kind of faith? When God calls, are you obedient, or do you respond with “God, bless someone else.”

1 Thessalonians 1:3. What kind of legacy are you leaving behind? Listen and discover three things that Paul will never forget about this church, and why we need to have a legacy like that.

Colossians 2:6-8. We are called to walk worthy of Jesus. How can we do that, and why is it so important? That is what I teach about in this episode of ScriptureLinks Daily Dose of Inspiration.

Selected verses from Acts 13.

Selected Verses from Acts 8. Philip never missed an opportunity to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In Acts 8, we see him preaching in Samaria, in Judea, and back in Samaria again. And each time he preached, people responded. When was the last time you shared your faith with others? Has God placed someone on your mind that you need to share the Gospel with?

Acts 8:1, 11:19-21. The believers were scattered when persecution came. Yet, they continued sharing their faith wherever they went. If you are facing a time of difficulty right now, it is not the time to quit sharing your faith. Allow God to work through your times of difficulty while you continue doing what He has called you to do.
