Luke 6:46-49 the story of the wise and foolish builders. I hope and pray that you take time and seriously discover which builder you are.

Luke 6:27-28. In these passages, and those that follow, we see what real, true love looks like. Your homework assignment for tonight is to read Luke 6:27-38 and see what Jesus teaches us about showing true love to the world around us.

Hebrews 10:24.

Hebrews 10:23. We must not waver in our faith. We must hold on to that faith, like a death grip on a phone hanging over a waterfall (listen and see what I am talking about!).

Hebrews 10:22. Let Us come to God is what Hebrews 10:22-24 essentially says. Today, we see we can come to God with a true heart, a heart that is open and dedicated to Him.

Matthew 21:18-19. Our world is hungry for the truth. We, as Christians, should be the one to deliver the truth the world needs. Yet, all too often, we come up short, because our faith is not where it needs to be. Are you like the fig tree that looked good from a distance, but was empty when Jesus tried to find breakfast? Pray, ask God to increase your faith, and give the world the truth it seeks.

Mark 16:19-20. After Jesus ascended to Heaven, the Disciples went out and preached about Jesus everywhere, through the working of the Lord. We, too, must go out and preach about Jesus. Too often, the church says “come here to hear about Jesus.” The Bible tells us to “Go into all the world.” On your social media accounts today, what are you going to post. A cute little dog video? How about sharing and posting about Jesus, and what He has done for you?

Luke 1:1-4.

2 Kings 30:1-6.

Luke 21:34-36. Jesus gives us some stern warnings about our faith and the end time events.

1 Peter 1:18-19. We have a lot of traditions in our world today. One thing that is not based on a tradition is our redemption, our salvation. That is based solely on the precious blood of Jesus. Don’t let anyone teach you otherwise!

Selected verses in Titus and James. Good works prove the faith we claim to have. Why are good works important, and can I see a practical example of these good works. Listen in.

Titus 3:4-5. We can never, ever, ever earn our way into Heaven by our works.

Titus 3:8. We are called to do the good works that are the will of God for our lives. Yet, often, we forget about those works, or just cease doing them. We got to make these good works a priority in our lives.

Titus 2:11-12. Jesus taught us to live a certain way in this world. Let me ask you this, is there more characteristics of God, or of the world in your life today?
