Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we see the Apostle Paul totally abolishing the Old Testament ceremonial law, and replaces it with the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, and He being made a curse for us. Gal 5:2-4 "Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.  (3)  And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law.  (4)  You have become estranged from Christ, you who are justified by law; you have fallen from grace."

"Stand fast therefore in the freedom in which Christ has made us free, and do not be loaded down again with a yoke of bondage." (Galatians 5:1) Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we look once again at freedom versus bondage (Law).

Jesus said, "It was the same as happened in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building;  (29)  but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:28-29). Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we go back to Genesis 19, and we discover what the real sin was in Sodom, which caused God to destroy the city, and just about all of its inhabitants: Homosexuals. 

Jesus said that just as it was in the days of Lot, so will it be when He returns. How was it in the days of Lot? The town was overrun by homosexuals, who bullied the righteous Lot, and told him to stop judging them. Sounds alot like today. Join us for the Gospelstudy podcast!

Gal 3:6-9  Just as Abraham "believed God, and it was accounted to him as righteousness."  (7)  Know therefore that those who are of faith, these are sons of Abraham.  (8)  And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying that, "In you all the nations shall be blessed."  (9)  Therefore those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.
