There will come a time when it will be harder to worship freely. How will you stand up to the Giant of fear? Or the Giant of pride…not wanting to “make waves” and be strong in your faith. We all face Giants of some form every single day. How do you face them? With boldness in Christ? Or do you tuck tail and run the other direction. “Be strong in the Lord and in the power of HIS might!!

Palm Sunday always marks the wonderful entry of our King and Savior Jesus Christ. Passover is taking place and all of the festivities of the week and Jesus comes riding in on the most humblest of animals - a donkey. People are preoccupied and city officials have already made their way thru the crowds. Jesus comes in as the crowd cheers “Hosanna”. May we pause in the middle of our festivities and realize that HE came, HE died, HE rose for YOU and ME. As we remember this special occasion remember “Him,”

I grew up in a church with an old oak board that hung on the wall just to the left of the platform. There were three ways that our church kept score and those three items were faithfully displayed every Sunday morning on the oak board. And they were: • Worship Attendance • Offering • Decisions Many churches are still keeping score this way. And while I don’t totally dismiss it, I am totally convinced that there are other ways to measure the church’s effectiveness. I Corinthians 9:24 - Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So, run that ye may obtain.

Whats love go to do with it? The ultimate act of sacrifice.

Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the well spring of life. Proverbs 4:23-Broken windows and shattered lives. What a pondering thought. Once a window is broken it is very difficult to repair something that is cracked. I encourage you to repair the cracks quickly. Spiritual disciplines help to transform our hearts and ultimately experience deep character change. Jesus is the healer and mender of our broken hearts.

How does the eagle apply to our life? Are you stuck in the chicken coop with no room to fly? God is ready and waiting to do something great and exciting in your life.

God has a specific plan for your life.

We as christians don't ruin our lives all at once we do it one step at a time.

Now is the time to make the change you need to, to serve God!

Fullfill my joy by being like-mided-Phil 2:1. Paul was concered for the Church of Philippi, for they were in danger of losing fundamental Christian perspective of Joy. Furthermore, the lack of unity in the church was preventing Paul from experiencing joy as fully as he should. Lack of unity in any local church will prevent you and I from experiencing full joy.

Did you know that Jesus is still touching lives today? It makes no difference who you are or what you may have done, you are not so bad as to be beyond his glorious touch. When Jesus came into this world to die for our sins upon Himself that He might touch us and change us by His grace and power. He has compassion on you today and He will touch you, if you will let Him!

Do you take the time to bless others? Do you even stop and think about what it might mean to the person that you bless? Scripture says…”It is more blessed to give then to receive”

A second image of the church found in Ephesians is that it is Christ’s beloved. The assumption here is that God the Father, God the Son and God the Spirit work together in absolute harmony, unity, and intention. The image of the Church is Christ’s “Beloved”, which identifies the church as the body of Christ. Are you walking in Love, embrace your Church today.

Christ is the head and we are the body of His church. The image of the body shows the church's unity. Each member is involved with all the others as they go about doing Christ's work on earth. We should not attempt to work, serve, or worship merely on our own. We need the entire body.

We all understand the general concept of forgiveness, but most of us are not especially proficient on the specifics on how to do it. So, this message is going to answer the question: How do I forgive others? Welcome as we look at the writings of Matthew 18. May you experience freedom and deliverance.
