Now, the circadian rhythm is roughly a 24-hour cycle in the physiological processes of living beings, including the plants, animals, and even the cyanobacteria. In order to sleep peacefully at night, a person should make sure that they turn off their cell phone or put it in a night shift mode, basically. What do you do when you want to go to sleep at night? How do you wind down from your day? Well, studies have shown that the best time to go to sleep is between 8 P.M. and midnight. Those are the good hours. By the end of the day, you should have a routine. A routine that helps you calm down and wind down. The brain cells and the iPhones also have low energy and they are slower and they feel overused. Now, it’s interesting that experience has shown that when a person makes a promise to do something, this very promise gives them the strength to carry it, without hesitation and with greater ease. Whereas, one does not commit herself or herself, promising only to try, or to do one’s best, and when the matter comes up and there’s a temptation not to do it, that person is most likely to fail, saying to themselves that after all, they didn’t “promise to do it.” They only said they would try and therefore, they’re not breaking their word and their conscience doesn’t bother them.
