Now, the circadian rhythm is roughly a 24-hour cycle in the physiological processes of living beings, including the plants, animals, and even the cyanobacteria. In order to sleep peacefully at night, a person should make sure that they turn off their cell phone or put it in a night shift mode, basically. What do you do when you want to go to sleep at night? How do you wind down from your day? Well, studies have shown that the best time to go to sleep is between 8 P.M. and midnight. Those are the good hours. By the end of the day, you should have a routine. A routine that helps you calm down and wind down. The brain cells and the iPhones also have low energy and they are slower and they feel overused.
