Senator Taniguchi very kindly answered 10 questions written by Hiroshima University students about life in the beautiful island-chain of the Hawaiian Islands. Senator Taniguchi is a 3rd Generation Japanese-Hawaiian whose family originally comes from Hiroshima Prefecture. Senator Taniguchi has been an elected official in Hawaii for 33 years. He is a member of the Hawaii-Hawaii Sister-State Organisation as well as representing the district of 11th District on Oahu Island.
