Pastor Daniel continues the series "Centered Faith", a study of the letter to the Galatians. The declaration of emancipation and the possession of freedom are 2 totally different things. Paul, a freedom fighter, fights for the gospel. In particular Paul was willing to fight for a Unified Community and a Unified Message for the sake of a Global Mission. What does freedom in Christ mean and are you living in this freedom?

Pastor Timothy continues our series in the book of Galatians looking at the second half of Chapter 1. Here Paul goes after the two thieves that so often rob us of the joy that we have been given in Christ.

Daniel’s main idea with this sermon is how Paul, the Apostle, was willing to fight for the truth and freedom of the gospel. There were teachers in Galatia distorting the true gospel and it was leading to people in the churches deserting the true gospel. A centered faith is a faith in Christ alone, plus nothing, that leads to worship and freedom.

Daniel’s Easter Sermon was an invitation to come and see the Resurrected Jesus. John 20 gives us 4 portraits; (v.1-10) Skeptical and Inquiring, (v.11-18) Downcast and Despairing, (v.19-23) Fearful and Self-Protected, (v.24-29) Doubting and Questioning. Jesus meets each of us where we are and gives us the gift of faith, and from faith in the resurrected Jesus comes another invitation of go and be sent. We are sent on the King’s Mission to proclaim Him to the world.

Daniel concluded our study of the Life of King David by discussing following King Jesus. We all follow that which we love, and we all want to follow a leader that is going to bring change for the better. Jesus comes in a way different than expected but it is way better. Jesus woos us through His great love displayed on the Cross, calls us to follow Him; which means 1. Believing all that we have is His 2. Trusting that He has the power to fix all that is broken 3. Counting the Cost.

Pastor Daniel continues the series in The Life of David. Why do we find prayer frustrating, confusing, boring, etc? The passage gives us a picture of David in the midst of prayer and Daniel preaches on what is prayer, the foundation of prayer, and how we respond to God's answers to our prayers. Experiencing God in prayer enables us to pray fervently and respond trustingly.

Pastor Timothy continues in the sermon series on the life of David by looking at 2 Samuel chapter 9. Here David chooses to keep covenant with Saul's grandson, Mephibosheth, in spite of grave consequences. In this text we learn that when we truly understand God's covenant love for us, it produces in us security, privilege and wonder.

Pastor Daniel continues the series The Life of David. Is it shocking that King David can be described as a man after God's heart and then be the one who commits adultery, murder, and lying? Daniel preaches on the nature of sin, and how the seeds of sin lie in all of our hearts. It is actually in understanding our sin that the gospel of Jesus and God's grace breaks through and changes us.

In the passage there are 2 men who are dealing with the Ark of the Covenant, both men know a lot about God and the ark, but only 1 man is experiencing the God of the Ark. It has been said the longest distance of travel is the 18 inches from the head to heart, Daniel asks are we people who know a lot but aren't experiencing the joy of the gospel of grace. Jesus and the gospel of grace makes us people who dance. Are you dancing?
