Seat Time : The Online Show For The Offroad Enthusiast

Jordon Milbauer Bailey, Brian Elliott, Erek Kudla and Jared Bolton join us for Episode 91 to try and talk our way through the the offroad racing that has happened in 2013 so far.

Having spoke with Ryan Sipes last week about his involved with Team USA and the 2013 International Six Day Enduro, it only felt natural to continue the ISDE discussion with other riders who have been chosen for Team USA and their respective countries. Episode 90 focus' on Josh Strang and his 2013 year of GNCC racing on his semi-privateer team and his involvement with Team Australia at this years Six Days. Jimmy Jarrett also graced our screen, giving us a chance to talk about his involvement with Josh Strang's Team and competing in Italy for the Wellard Club Team.

Episode 89 is an exciting show, talking with 2012 GNCC XC2 Champion Jason Thomas and Kentucky Motocross star, Ryan Sipes. Thomas sheds some light on all the bike and team swapping of years past while Sipes enlightens us on how he was chosen to race for Team USA later this year at the 2013 International Six Day Enduro in Sardina, Italy.

This week we invite back Brad Bakken and Taylor Robert to chat about their recent podium finishes. Bakken finished third at the Loose Moose National Enduro in Michigan and Robert finished second at the Endurocross in Sacramento, CA. Both of the guys are hard workers, are super fit and are always down for a laugh. Listen in as we talk about their performances and what's coming up for these two off-road racers.

Growing up in a motorcycle shop and starting to ride at the age of 3 is a sure fire way to create a life long success of being addicted to motorcycles and motorcycle racing. Nick Burson, our guest for this evening, did everything previously mentioned and then some. His whole life has been about motorcycles and racing and things haven't changed much. Jesse Groemm is the main effort for the AM Pro Yamaha team following the AMA/Rekluse National Enduro Series. This past weekend he had his best finish of the 2013 season, finishing fifth at the Cajun Classic National Enduro in Forest Hill, Louisiana. He is 21 years old, has a full time job as a Boilermakers Apprentice and is looking for a podium finish before the year's end.

Hot off his win at Round 3 of the National Enduro Series in Blackwell, Texas, Andrew Delong joins Brian Pierce and his panel of off-road aficionado's to chat about the Concho Enduro and his dominating performances in the XC2 class at the GNCC's.

Coming up this weekend is Round 3 of the National Enduro Series in Blackwell, Texas. Mike Lafferty, who currently sits second in points, came into Texas a week early to avoid the snow in the north and get some testing in. Lafferty was able to Skype with us from the comfortable abode of Cole Kirkpatrick. We got to talk about the new Husaberg FE350, racing his first TCCRA event and just what it's like to be a 'Nine' Time National Enduro Champ (It's really eight, but it's fun to screw stuff up randomly).

Tuesday night after the opening round of the 2013 GNCC Season, we got together with Nate Kanney and Keith Obermeyer to discuss the racing action that took place at River Ranch.

Less than a full week away from the start of the 2013 GNCC Season, Brian and his guests, Zack Huberty, Larry Zimmerman and Garrett Andrews, talk about some of the off-season shenanigans and share their thoughts on riders and racing going into the whooped out sand course of River Ranch, Florida. Talks about the NEPG, Big 6, LACC and TCCRA have their place as well in this discussion.

This week we were visited by three different members of the Industry. Kailub Russell joined us from the East Coast, as he is currently traveling through Georgia on his way to Florida, Erek Kudla was outside a Starbucks, prepping for a coffee as he borrowed their WiFi and Toby Price was at the KTM shop in Marietta preparing to leave for the San Felipe 250 this weekend in Mexico. Surprisingly on our end, we didn't have too many technical issues, but apparently the streaming wasn't so hot for our viewers. Hopefully we can get that sorted out with Ustream and be back with a solid performance in no time.

Somehow throughout the past two years we have not had Charlie Mullins on the show. We rectified that last night by having him Skype in from a campground in Florida. He's doing a little bit of training, a little bit of daddy duty and a little bit of enjoying life. All great things and the smile on his face proved he is very happy and ready to contest for some championships.

Excited for the future of Off-Road? If you aren't, then you should be. Joe Miller and Jamey Kabisch, with the help of Chuck Weir from the American Motorcycle Association, have put together a new Amateur National Off-Road Championship that will help grow the sport of amatuer off-road racing. This event will take place at Montana's Big Sky Resort Aug 24th - 25th. Youth on their 50's up to Veterans of the sport will have the chance to battle for a National #1 plate in the sport of Off-Road.
