The church is finding itself in the midst of challenging times as many of it’s values seem to be challenged on many levels. How do we respond? We must respond in a manner that not only reveals God’s standards but also reveals God’s character and nature. Misrepresenting His character while trying to stand up for His principles will inadequately represent Him. We must be incarnational in all that we say and how we say it. This message should cause the believer to not only examine what we believe but how we are expressing what we believe so we can reveal the true King and His Kingdom.

David said the Lord is my light, my salvation and my stronghold, so whom shall I fear? He stood in the face of those who hated him, hunted him and drove him into dark places, yet He knew God had preserved him. From those experiences burned one desire in the heart of this king - the presence of God. To dwell in the house of the Lord, look upon His beauty and inquire of His temple became the passion of a man who knew that God had graciously rescued him time after time. A salvation experience should lead to an increased desire for the presence of God. This message will cause you to ask - what is my one burning desire?

Paul said God chose to use us, earthen vessels, to be vessels of spiritual treasure that God has placed within us. Those vessels are at times hard pressed, perplexed, persecuted and struck down but the vessel remains in order to display the power of God through fragile vessels. This message will encourage you and inspire you to not lose heart when going through some of the adversity we face as earthen vessels.

The words "You're Incompetent" are typically words that are degrading, cutting and hurtful. But in today's message, Pastor Troy uses those words as a motivator for change. David penned Psalm 57 while seeking refuge in the cave of Adullam. However, his hiding place wasn’t the cave; it was God. The place of protection wasn’t the cave; it was God. While in that place the distressed, debtors and discontent gathered around him. The attraction of the cave was the king. The atmosphere of the cave was established by the king. Using this as a backdrop this message is a vivid reminder that Jesus, the King of Kings, should be the attraction in the church and the one who sets the atmosphere for the church. When He is the attraction and HIs values reign those once distressed, discontent and in debt are transformed into a mighty army.

In this message Bishop Tommy Reid unwraps God’s intention for wealth, what it is and what is its origin. God has always intended for His people to be conduits of His wealth in order to reveal His kingdom. God has given every person an innate ability to crate wealth and to fund God’s dreams for individuals, families, churches and communities. Today many churches seem to be struggling with what is the driving factor of their church. While there are many expressions of worship and church services one thing that must not be absent - the presence of God. God set His seal upon His son as He walked the earth. The seal was the Holy Spirit of God who lived within Him and raised him from death to life. The bible says that we too, as believers are sealed with the very same Holy Spirit. The God behind the resurrection lives in us. Just as the seal on the inside of the tomb was greater than the seal on the tomb, the seal on the inside of believers is greater than the seal of the world

Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey to the shouts of the people who had kingdom expectations they were looking for the Messiah to fulfill. Their expectations caused them to miss the kingdom that Jesus came to bring. Similarly we, as believers today, can miss the kingdom Jesus died to establish because our understudying of the kingdom and our expectations of it are flawed. This message will cause you to examine His kingdom and your expectations of it as well as your place in it.

Multiple times you will find Jesus in one of the synagogues throughout the New Testament. They were places of teaching, preaching and reading about God. Yet, without the presence of Jesus the revelation of God was incomplete. However, with His presence the full revelation of God was on display as He would speak words of life, touch the broken and release the captive. This message is a call for the church to be more than a place of activity about God but also a place of full revelation of God through the presence of the Spirit of Jesus.

Ever want to wind back the clock and undo things you have done? Most of us have. Yet, that simply can’t be done. What do you do when you’ve made choices in the past that cause hurt to those around you? What do you do when your sin causes reproach to God and your family? You do what David did after his sin with Bathsheba. This message combines the story of David and Bathsheba with Psalm 51 to bring revelation of what to do following a moment of poor choices.

The bible clearly says Jesus purchased men for God through his blood of Calvary’s cross. It also says we were made kings and priests of God through that transaction. As blood-bought believers how do we live as His kings and priests under the one true King of Kings? Is there a pattern that unfolds that for believers? Through this message you will be challenged to not only see yourself as one of his kings but also check yourself to ensure you are living as one.

Jesus was in constant conflict with the religious spirit of the day. Time after time we see the Spirit of Jesus being attacked by the spirit of religion because He became a threat to lifeless and ritualistic legalism. Even in today’s church the Spirit of Jesus and the spirit of religion are in constant conflict. This message is an attack on the religious spirit that seeks to divide the church of Jesus Christ, whether it's in a local body, region or denominations.

For centuries Christians have been taught they are unworthy people. In regards to deserving or earning the free gift of salvation that is certainly true. However what isn’t true is that we as people weren’t worth it to God. He is the One that set the value that we are worth when He gave His only Son to die on the cross to redeem us. Our value was established by His sacrifice. We may not be worthy of the sacrifice, but in His eyes we are worth the sacrifice. This message will challenge you to see your value in the eyes of God.

Jesus came with a mission of the father to become the pure spotless lamb of God to take away the sins of the world upon the cross. Before the cross he took 12 men through an intensive training period of their lives so they could carry His mandate once He went back to the Father. He took them to school. Jesus still wants to take his people and His church to school so that it will run with the mandate He has placed upon it. This message will challenge you to let Jesus take you to school.

When Adam and Eve ate the fruit that God told them to stay away from, their eyes were open to their nakedness. Genesis 3:21 is God's response to their sin. It says, "The Lord made garments of skin for Adam and Eve." The skin was a covering from past sin to cover their present nakedness and be used for future protection. The skin was only a temporary cover that would eventually become permanent in the sacrifice Christ made on the cross. Innocent blood would need to be shed to cover sin and our nakedness once and for all.

As we enter the New Year this message strives to remind us of the most consistent thing we can set our year upon - the Love of God. Using the famous John 3:16 verse this reminds us of God’s love for the world. It reminds of the love that caused Christ to be crucified. No matter what this year brings we, as Paul told the Ephesians, can be rooted and grounded in the love of God... and, be the expression of His love to the world around us.
