There are many beautiful churches throughout the world. Yet, is the beauty of the church defined by its buildings or by the people who fill those buildings? Without the beauty of transformed lives and the presence of God, they are nothing more than elaborate houses full of pharisees. This message uses the story of the sinful woman anointing the feet of Jesus in a Pharisee's house as the basis of how beauty is truly defined in the church.

The Apostle was a man on a mission to destroy Christianity at its birth. However a dramatic encounter with God, where he experienced the grace of God, changed it all. From that point on all that he was and all that he had by the grace of God became the foundation of his life. The same is true of us. All that we are and all they we have is because of the grace of Jesus Christ. This message will bring you back to the saving grace of your conversion as well as feed the sustaining grace of your everyday life.

The famine in the land of Egypt caused the people of the land to run to Pharaoh for food to survive. Pharaoh, the government of the land, told the people to "go to Joseph and whatever he tells you to do, that you should do." The man of God had the answers to the problems facing the land and the ruling power of the land recognized it. Joseph was the right man at the right place at the right time. The Roman Centurion is a picture of a man who knew what is was to be under authority and in authority at the same time. He also was a man of great faith who was commended by Jesus for that faith. His understanding of the authority of Jesus and his faith in that authority brought a great miracle in his life. The Bible says that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from our sin to which we are grateful. Many Christians however, stop there.
