On 21 February 2008, as part of our Distinguished Speaker Series, the Lowy Institute hosted a speech by Ira C. Magaziner, the Chairman of the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative and the Clinton Climate Initiative on the issue of 'Climate change: Converting words into action'.
