Oh, Jonah tried to run from God. But he didn't get very far. After experiencing a terrible storm at sea and being thrown overboard, Jonah learned that running from God only got him into more trouble. Next time you're thinking about disobeying God, remember Jonah. Running from God means running toward trouble. This is what Hebrews 3:12 says. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning away from the living God.
