Rodney has been in full-time ministry for 21 years. 14 of those years were as a youth pastor. In 2015, he planted a church in Oklahoma City and was there for 6 years. During the pandemic, Rodney moved across the country to become the lead pastor of Newhope Church outside of Seattle, WA and has been there for almost 2 years.
